Everything went relatively well at first, given the amount of work that needed to be done. Chrysalis used subcontractors for a lot of its work, including the paint. Chrysalis nor the subcontractor it used to paint my walls left an extra can of paint for a specific color we had put on our walls. A year later when we had to repair 2 holes in the wall from pictures, we couldn't locate the paint. We were in a bit of a rush to fix the paint too because we had a renter that was interested in moving in in a few weeks. We contacted Ron Porter for his help. We first asked Ron to just send us the name and number of the painter so we could call him direclty. It took him exactly 8 days (and one more follow up e-mail) to respond to my original e-mail, and instead of providing us with the contact information he sent us the receipt from the home improvement store with no description of the color. He also insinuated that we just probably overlooked the paint somewhere in our closets, as they always leave extra paint (it obviously was not their fault, but ours). He ended by saying he would go to the home improvement store for us and see if they could help us. I never heard from him again. I followed up with him 3 more times, reminding him again of our urgency and he never wrote us back. We eventually found the painters information and the paint that was used. However, I think it is extremely poor taste to ignore a customer, and regardless of the job he did a year previous, this will always leave a bad taste in our mouth. And it could have been the easiest thing for him to just write us back and say he tried but could not locate the paint. It is very rude and unprofessional to treat customers this way - especially after the magnitude of business given to him a year prior. I would not recommend this company to any of my family or friends. If I have to file a claim with my insurance company again I will request another contractor under the premier service program.
Description of Work: I had a hot water heater leak on me from 2 units above my condo. Chrysalis was contracted by my insurance agent to fix my mold problem, repaint my condo, replace my floors, and install a new hot water heater.

Purchased trusses that were the wrong size. Installed OSB instead of plywood, they didn't paint the soffitts properly. They damaged my drywall, they did not used licensed. There were people in my bedroom when there was no work being done in that room. They did electrical damage, they damaged to my HVAC unit. They have not come back to make the repairs. They have stopped answering my calls.
Description of Work: Repair the roof and re-install trusses.
