+ 1 moreMr. Weaver arrived promptly for the scheduled date of our estimate. He presented a thorough outline of the work to be performed. We agreed on a price, and Roy and his crew arrived as scheduled (which rarely happens with other contractors I have used!). The work was great! The house looked perfect. Like new. I highly recommend Weaver's Decorators Home Improvement Services.
Description of Work: Pressure washing of house, replacement of rotten wood where needed, preparation and painting of all exterior trim, shutters, and doors. Staining of deck.

+ 0 moreThe job went very well! Roy Weaver experienced some unexpected turnover in his crew, which delayed our job's initiation. However, unlike many (most!) contractors in this area, Roy phoned me regularly with an update of his planned availability. When the work commenced Roy and his crew arrived punctually and throughout the handful of days to complete the job showed conscientious attention to detail(s). I particularly appreciated the cleanup after their work---no one would know so much work had been done. Roy and Roberto (his team leader on our work) are highly professional, intelligent, responsive, and consistently pleasant gentlemen. I recommend Weaver Decorator's very highly and plan to contact them again if/when I have another job of this sort.
Description of Work: General repair and restoration of wooden walkway, and wooden decks surrounding house. Power washing of house to remove dirt and light green mold. Reseal all wood and decks.

Description of Work: Weaver's painted a room and added some trim in two rooms. They showed up when they said they would, are very professional and trustworthy, did an outstanding job, and cleaned up very well.
