Called the company to get some information on the roof attic fan installations. I was told to pay $62 something so that someone can come in and provide me with an onsite estimation. They did say that it will be applied to the invoice if I choose to go ahead with their services. For someone who has done a lot of work should be familiar with some basic information of what I can be looking at, what kind of products would they be using etc before asking for a credit card. Very disappointed.

Attic fan replacement went very well.

We had 4 different projects that we needed help with. 1. Window frame leak. During a recent storm, we noticed water rapidly dripping from the drywall above the window. 2. The weather stripping for the front door was visibly coming undone and the door was sagging against the left side of the frame. 3. Our master bedroom shower needed recaulking and had leaked through to the floor below. 4. The floor below had a hole in the ceiling from the aforementioned leak. Two technicians came out and walked through each of the problem areas with me and assessed the situation. They were courteous and professional. Overall, they finished quicker than anticipated and did a fantastic job. I would definitely reach out to them again for other projects.

We were very pleased with the professionalism an quality of the repairs. We had a ceiling leak in our upstairs laundry room. The old fixture fell tearing up the drywall. Looks better than before.

At first the response was very positive and I was asked to send photos of the areas that needed work. After that I was told that a technician would assess the work and send me an estimate. When I indicated I wanted someone to come in person to give me an estimate I was told it would cost $62 but that this cost would be subtracted from any work. After some hesitation I decided to go ahead and asked if someone could come on a specific date, but never got a response back. After two days I gave up and contacted a different service that was happy to accommodate my request for an in person estimate. The only reason I rated Mr. Handyman a D instead of an F is because of their initial fast response to my initial contact.

The handyman that came was very friendly, polite, and professional. He fixed everything that I needed to have repaired and even corrected something that needed to be fixed but I hadn’t requested. The final bill was slightly more than I had been quoted, but I would definitely use this company again.

Work done in reasonable amount of time and replaced parts all work appropriately; easy to communicate with worker.

The work kept getting postponed and was eventually done about month after it was originally scheduled. Work was rescheduled a couple of days in advance due to weather predictions, but in it didn't rain or snow on the actual days. Never the less we apparently got moved to the end of the queue again. The workman that showed up claimed he didn't know what he was supposed to do and was flummoxed when he had to go to Home Depot to get the necessary materials requested in the original work order.

I had the hardware, I just needed the labor -- not as young and flexible as I used to be. The service was easy to schedule, and the technician was on time, attentive to my needs, knowledgeable about both my plumbing and electrical requirements, and protective of the floor and counter as he worked. The service was very reasonably priced compared to plumbing companies I priced. Mr. Handyman took care of my problem in one trip. I will definitely call them for additional, similar services.

All the work was done well and completed in a day. Office staff and technician were both professional, courteous and efficient. Very pleased.

They gave me an estimate, and were the lowest bid, but when they got there they said "Oh, we will need two people to do the job instead of one we estimated", so they were basically going to cost me DOUBLE THE ESTIMATE! It went from $1170 to over $2000, by far the most expensive estimate. This was not some unforeseen circumstance. Every other estimate had two people working. They should have honored their original estimate. It seemed like a bait and switch estimate.

Work was executed promptly and with good quality. I'm happy with the results.

My first visit was rescheduled due to transportation issues, which moved the visit from the afternoon where I would be the last customer of the day to allow for more hours if needed, to the morning where there was a customer after me. What got done was ok, but I ended up hiring a plumber to replace the faucets & tub spout & another handyman to replace the rotted wood. I ended up paying for a trip to Lowes for supplies to replace the windowsill that he couldn't replace because he had to get to another appointment - I wasn't impressed enough to schedule a follow-up visit to complete all that didn't get finished. Seems like the luck of the draw on who does the work, because plenty other people seem to be happy with their service.

Technician arrived on schedule and was very professional and seemed knowledgeable with the job. He described exactly what was going to be done and provided updates throughout the project. The overall quality of the job was very good; however, I do question the choice to use caulk to fill in what appeared to be a small chunk of concrete that broke off of the threshold during the replacement vice patching it with concrete. I rated the price as poor because the end cost was more than double what I was quoted for what was a relatively straight forward job (cost of service reflects labor and materials only and does not include the price of the door, which I purchased myself).

After calling for an estimate, an estimator arrived at the agreed upon time and reviewed the door threshold and determined the repairs required. I was emailed an estimate which I found to be reasonable based on the necessary repairs. I called the office an arranged a date and time for the repairs to be done. A repair technician arrived at the stated time and inspected the door and threshold. He determined that the builder had not properly installed the threshold and had not sealed the threshold or built a support under it. As a result moisture had rotted the a couple of threshold boards and the board inside the bottom of the door. The repairman determined he did not have the items he needed to make the repair properly. So he said he would return the next day which he did and made an outstanding repair of the door and threshold. We are very happy with the repair and feel their cost was fair. We will use their services again for other repairs and recommend them to our fiends and neighbors.

The handyman arrived on time and did great work on the items requested. He was very professional and thoughtful. My only complaint would be that the cost to paint two rooms ended up being nearly as much as the estimate I received to paint three rooms. I attribute this to poor calculation of the actual time to paint room.

Ron is an artist of apparently unbounded skills. he has been literally a savior to us.

Work went well, with some minor hiccups. Biggest complaint was the estimate was about 33% low so I had to stop them before they completed the work and finish it myself. Otherwise I would have had to go back to the HOA to get authorization to proceed.

Called this vendor and they stated that they charged for a physical estimate, but could give an estimate over the phone. Provided the details, and they requested pictures and an emailed list. I took pictures and emailed them and the list to the address they provided (read back the email address on the phone and double checked the email address when entered into the computer). They never emailed me back or called me with the estimate. Guess they don't need business.

Went well, work was done efficiently and for a good price. Coat rack later fell down, he came over and repaired promptly at no cost.

Onnie Chaitos was on time. He surveyed the project to ensure there would be no problem, and then he went to work. He accomplished the job in 2 hours. The finished look is very professional.
