Horrible. Bad communication from the start. Incorrect bill. Agreed to split the work in two separate days--I called day 2 to confirm. 1 hour before appointment they call to say their worker is sick and they can't return to finish--for 2 weeks. Did I mention they did not use a drop cloth and got drywall mud on the carpet and left drywall mud in the garage for me to clean up. Unprofessional.

We had some siding come off in a windstorm so we called Mr. Handyman on a Sunday. They said they would be here the following day at 8:00 AM to repair the siding and do some other work around the house. At 7:30 AM on the day they were supposed to come, they called to tell me they were booked and weren't coming until at least the next week. Apparently, they had overbooked. In the meantime, we have had to scramble to find another contractor. As far as I'm concerned, their reliability is zero.

Excellent experience! Felt like we got 80 money things directed ? off of as to-do list in just two hours!

I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism of this company. When I first called to set up an appointment and get an estimate I was told that it would take a little over an hour for two people to set up a sunsetter awning which would end up costing around 400 $ based on the estimated time . This information was given to me by Alicia. I had a quote of 600$ by a sunsetter dealer who knew exactly how to do this job. I tried to save myself 200 $ and made the mistake of hiring this company. Their workers spent the first 45 min just looking at things not knowing what to do. Then they worked way too slow taking their time. Even the quality of the work done is poor as the awning slants on one side .The workers kept saying they need more and more time and at the end of 3 hrs gave us a bill for 728$ . After much complaining they gave us 50 $ off. Then when I called their office to speak with the owner of the business I was told that he left for some emergency and that he would call me back and we wouldn't be charged till I speak with him. My husband signed the paper because the men had to leave . It wasn't an agreement to pay what it said on the paperwork. They however, went ahead and charged my credit card for the bill without any discussion. When I called to complain after I saw my credit card statement all I got were excuses and an offer of a 50$ discount on my next project with them!!! (do you think I would hire them again?)

Technician arrived on time and completed the work just as well as I wanted. Received discount as an Angies List customer.

The service as performed by Mr. Handyman was outstanding! Russell was the technician and he did a superb job. Russell was very professional. We are very pleased with our handyman.

Above listed work was done as described. Workman secured supplies from Home Depot as explained and returned to do the work.

It went ok. It took a bit longer than the technician estimated. But it wasn't a big deal.
