I was advised that he would be there between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM and he was. Not only was he punctual but he did a great job, cleaned up any mess made, removed his shoes (it was raining) and made sure that I was happy with the work before he left.

Technician arrived as scheduled, and was professional and courteous. Work was performed as promised, and I'm very happy with the service.

The service man arrived on time, looked over the job and went to the local HD to purchase the material needed. One part had to be ordered so the work required two visits. The work was high quality.

They did everything they were supposed to do. They did it in the budget that they said they would. They were professional. They do a variety of different jobs.

The workmanship was outstanding. The workers (there were three different ones sent) were neat, professional and stuck to task. There was a problem in that the estimate for the time to do the entire job was under estimated by management and workers and so it took longer than I really wanted it to take. I was told the staining process would involve two coats of stain and then a sealer. The master bedroom window was a large bay and very intricate in detailing, thus it took a lot longer for the worker to complete. Because of scheduling other jobs, my job was given to three workers. The management of Mr. Handyman was very apologetic for the confusion and delay, but the confusion of the household for a longer period of time than planned put a definite strain on the family. The work was finally completed and Mr. Handyman performed other household repair tasks (ie installing the customer made blinds on all the windows) to make up for the extended time to do their job at no additional cost. It was very generous of Mr. Handyman and was much appreciated by the family to get everything accomplished and done to perfection.

They were prompt. They cleaned up after themselves. They were fine. I just told them what I wanted and they had workers ready to do the job. They were really polite. I felt that these people were not really intrusive at all. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Excellent, great customer service. We had to reschedule several times because of weather and they were on top of it. They were really good. B+ on price.

With exception of the grouting with the material used made the grout look dirty, these guys were fast and efficient. I would recommend using and plan on using them again.

They are neat and clean up after themselves. Punctual. They charged by the hour which I know may sound like a lot. In comparison to other companies who have charged by the job in the past, Mr. Handyman's prices were reasonable.

While the doors came in at the wrong size, Mr. Handyman was able to enlarge the door frames, cut openings, trim and refinish the actual doors, measure, stain and install trim around all the doors. While there were a few delays which could not be foreseen on the part of myself or Mr. Handyman, the work was done to perfection (my standards and their's). I was especially pleased at the way the workmen and supervisor took my suggestions and comments and made my doors appear the way I had originally envisioned them. They definitely live up to their motto of "Doing the Job Right"!

I called Mr. Handyman and they sent Alex on a Saturday morning. I called back to see if they would have light grey caulking on their truck, and was told no. This was very helpful so I could prepurchase the right supply. I went over the list of problems/projects and Alex began the work. He worked efficiently to fix a leak from my shower which was showing up in the ceiling of the floor below. He helped install a new shower head for the shower, rehung a screen door, worked on the ceiling in the dining room. He did a wonderful job of prioritizing according to time needed and work to be done. He was very efficient. I was extremely pleased and will have him again.

Jose arrived on time and was wearing booting to cover shoes. he came in did work and explained some things to me about finishing and cleaned up and if he was never there.

He arrived promptly. He was polite, fairly quick, and did a good job of cleaning up.
