I take the kids to school at 7:30 every day. Every day the painters were waiting for me to open the house while I took the kids. They worked hard, told me of the task for each day and got it done. Mr. Lillard showed up on occasions to see if we were happy.

This is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. They did an excellent job from start to finish and were very professional.

The work was done well. The painter even did a little extra to make the chimney cap look new. The only problem was in how long it took from initial estimates to the final product. Mr. Lillard was very professional in keeping me abreast of the situation, but I would suggest hiring an additional carpenter to accommodate situations in which homes with wood siding need repair before painting. That is the only reason why I would hesitate to use them again.

We have used Lillard's company several times in the past, to paint our entire external home woodwork and also the deck area that was contracted for in this job. We have always found his people are skilled, conscientious, and thorough. As usual, Lillard completed this job in a professional manner, to our complete satisfaction.The prices he charges are not particularly cheap, and you can probably find other painter sources for lower costs, but I believe his prices are fair, considering the workmanship.

Their prices were high but worth it. I liked their quality of work. They are properly managed and the workers are very skilled and do an excellent job.

They did a satisfactory job. I'm pleased with it. I've used them before too. They have done extensive interior and exterior painting in the past for me. They still work for an interested owner and they are reasonably priced. That's why I still use them. I would use their services again in the future.

All painters and the company owner were very professional and punctual. They were respectful of our home and very flexible with our little dog and toddler, who were often in the way. We were able to add an item to the job (painting the stair railing) with no trouble.

We have used this firm in the past. While they may not be very low cost, they make up for this by being extremly thorough in the preparations and very careful in painting and clean-up. They are able to do most of any wood repairs necessary. All such work was included in the initial estimate price, so final bill was exactly as originally quoted. We had 2-5 workers at a time. Work was postponed and rescheduled according to weather. Lillard (note proper spelling) has been in business in Northern Virginia area since 1947. Based on our service experience, we would not consider using another painting company for home exterior.

They showed at 7:00 every morning and left a 3:30. The two workers were always on time. It took four weeks for project. They have been in buisness for 60 years. The president or his son came out at least twice a week during the project to inspect and make sure work was done properly. We have recommended them to three friends in the area and they have had same results.
