Excellent. Armando and his crew fit us into his schedule within days of our initial call. His crew worked on their usual day off to make sure that we would beat the rain in getting the sod installed (and we beat it by a few hours). His crew worked hard, and he managed them perfectly. A real professional from start to end. He definitely won our business.

They do a very nice job, the owner is my neighbor. They are very conscientious and did the job as requested. The lawn looks much nicer than when I was doing it, that's for sure. I'm doing it myself for now to save money but I would hire them again.

Their spring cleanup was very good. There a lot of guys working for a long time all day.

Their estimate was too high. So, I didn’t go with them. I had done most of the cleanup before I asked them for the quote. I wanted them to do one last cleanup before the holidays. They told me that they needed to do three of them and not just one cleanup. So, they quoted me for three cleanups. They were a little greedy. However, I understand that they could charge that amount as there was a lot of demand for cleanup during that time. They weren’t responsive. I had to call them a couple of times. I ended up doing the work myself. I will not hire them in the future.

I have used FGM for several years. Their crews are excellent and courteous.

The job was never initiated.

Initially the owner missed our appointment for the free estimate, but he showed up on time the next appointment and the work was done ahead of schedule.

This was risky for both of us since I am not there to make sure that the work is getting done and he has to take my word that I will pay him for his services. I was told by my neighbors and my real estate agent that the lawn always looked good. Armando was always pleasant to talk to and always kept his word. I didn't offer him the best situation since my house was up for sale and I was out of state. So, he took on the job anyways even though I wasn't going to be able to keep him past the time when I sell the home. A couple of compliments that I received when people viewed our home for sale was the curb appeal looked great. I think that part of this is due to Fairfax Lawn Maintenance.

They planted the trees along the road to give us more privacy. They showed up on time and did the work in a timely manner. Their prices are reasonable and they did what we asked them to do.

My husband and I had been doing this work ourselves. We decided to try the services offered by Fairfax Grounds this year. They called right back the next day and set up the appointment. They had a crew of about 11 and a good supervisor. They were able to complete the job in about 2 days. It is a very large area and they worked diligently to finish the work in a timely manner. I do think we'll ask for a different mulch next year but that is our preference, nothing they did wrong.

Excellent. There was a little confusion due to miscommunication at first but that was cleared up. They pleased my husband and me. They also give a senior citizen discount.

They had great service and reliable crews.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS AND I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES THEY HAVE PROVIDED. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB ON MY LAWN AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
