Description of Work: Work was not contracted. Provider sent e- mail that they did not service our area.

Description of Work: Had a water stain on ceiling in the basement. Contacted Joe who made an appointment a few days later. Joe came out and took a look, and we agreed the ceiling drywall would need to be opened to find the source of the leak. When ask when he would be available, Joe said he could come out first thing the next morning to begin the work. Joe showed up promptly and on time and next day. After opening up the drywall in the ceiling Joe quickly determined it was the toilet above that was leaking. Joe removed the toilet upstairs and found that the toilet flange was not seated properly and offered a solution and repair. Although the job was more complex than he originally estimated Joe stayed, and finished until the work was done and done properly. Joe also looked into a leak under the sink in the bathroom and repaired that as well which was not part of the original work request. Finally, he patched the ceiling and finished the job to my complete satisfaction. The price for the work and materials along with the amount of time spent on the job was very reasonable. Joe spent the extra effort to make sure that the job was done thoroughly and correctly. Overall I would easily recommend him for any other projects or similar jobs involving drywall work or plumbing one might have.

Description of Work: We engaged Executive Contracting to make living space out of a loft over our three car garage. After the knee walls were up there was a 23' x 23' space. Executive more than fulfilled our expectations with their carpentry, insulation installation, and drywall hanging and finishing (a cathedral ceiling with numerous angles and tie beams to work around). Quality of work was excellent. Work was held up by problems with a mechanical permit and Executive cooperated fully with this problem not of their making. In fact they assisted in the permit process although it wasn't their responsibility. I have engaged Executive to replace some rotted window sills and facia boards. I give them an unqualified excellent rating.

Description of Work: Joe removed and stored my storm door, installed a dead bolt, installed a handle (to help me pull myself up as I use crutches), and made some repairs on a bannister.
