+ -1 moreDeb Frank sent me a bulk mailing advertising her services. Since I do not intend to buy or sell a home any time soon, I called her and asked her to stop any such mailings. She refused to do so, and rudely hung up on me. This is a business where common courtesy is required, and Deb Frank certainly lacks that.
