+ 1 moreThey are pretty good. Their cost is a little high. I have had problems here and there with their voicemail. I feel it is very pricey because they don't have competition, if they had competition, they would come down. They do come when they say they are going to come, they give you a two hour window. They have always done what they have to do.
Description of Work: I use Comcast for 3 TVs, phone and laptop.

+ 0 moreMy issue is not necessarily with the branch office. It would be the company as a whole. To call or chat online about resolving an issue will set you up for disappointment.The customer service on these leaves an impression that a person is to be passed around.. I had issues with their billing and resolve on nd off for over a year... I need the internet and there are no other providers in the area. Or I definitely would not do business with them.
Description of Work: The only customer service to get would be to get service , make payment, or get equipment.
