So well that cannot say enough to express in words how thankful I am for this Company. The owner Jimmy, came into a nightmare of a pool project that was in need of electrical work for the pump system and lighting. I was very transparent with him about the situation and wanted him to know how bad it was prior to agreeing on anything. He handled the details and reality of it all very tactfully and professionally without a single issue occurring for the duration of his time on this project. The work was performed on the same day that scheduling became available and I was quite frankly blown away by how fast Jimmy and his apprentice were able to knock it out. I am a contracting industries professional myself and would have not wanted to touch the situation that we had with this pool and speak from extensive experience working with contractors of many different trades when I say that you will not regret choosing Jmy Jamz for any of your electrical needs.

Jimmy was on his way home from work when I called him. He turned around and came to fix a light switch that has been broken for years and has just driven me batty to the point that I could no longer tolerate it. I told him not to worry about it tonight, but he insisted that he put my mind at ease. He arrived less than 20 minutes after my call and went straight to work. We had tried to change out the dimmer switch, that was on the light before, to a straight on/off switch. We used the wrong switch. Who knew there were so many different types? I guess that's why you call Jimmy first! He traded out the switch and put in a new one. When he did, wow! Our Tiffany lamp finally worked after all these years! We could finally see in our dungeon like hallway. My sanity still intact! Thank you Jimmy, for once again saving the day. Especially after putting in a full day's work! I know you had to have been tired, but you turned around to help us out anyways, and I truly thank you!

Jimmy arrived on time. He was prompt and courteous. He headed strait to work. Checking fuses, making sure the power was off to the circuits, running tests on the circuits, never making time for small talk (until the job was done) . He finished his work. Spoke with us for a few moments and went on to his next job. He said "It's cold out there you know. I hate seeing people without heat! I need to get to my next job! Thank you all for calling me." He is very passionate about his work. And compassionate about others.

When we first contacted this business, we had scheduled him to come out to review the work and give estimates on a Sunday at 12 pm. He never showed and never called that afternoon. He called the next day - Monday to apologize, then asked if we could meet him that afternoon to do the review/estimates. We left work early in order to accommodate him. When he arrived, we explained that the few "little" fixes in the house were a priority, and that the other larger jobs would need to be scheduled over time (for both budgetary reasons, and because of having to schedule time off from work over time). The idea was to see how he did with the initial "little" things before hiring and investing in him to do the larger jobs. He said he would write up estimates by the end of the week, and we agreed he would come out the following Sunday to do the "little" jobs. Three days later, he called to ask if we could meet him and his subcontractor that afternoon to get more measurements for one of the big jobs. Again, this would mean our having to take time off work in a moment's notice to accommodate his schedule. We suggested to him it was premature to have his subcontractor come out that day to do measures; in addition, it was not feasible for us to take time off of work that day, that time off typically had to be scheduled in advance. He also said that now he couldn't come the following Sunday to do the "little" fixes because he just found out that a family member would be visiting from out of town the upcoming weekend, but could he come out on Saturday morning instead. We had other commitments Saturday, so could not accommodate his change of plans. We were left with the distinct impression that he wanted to do the big jobs only, and had only concern about his own convenience and schedule.

Jimmy was prompt and courteous. He arrived at the job site completely prepared and got started right away. His partner Trey Durham showed up within 5 minutes of Jimmy getting started. The whole process from start to finish was less than 30 minutes. We were amazed! He is completely reasonable! He not only does home repair, electrical work, new residential services and upgrades, Jimmy states "He does just about anything"! He was cleanly dressed and eager to please! I will continue to use his services any time I need help, and I will surely tell all my friends about him! You should too! Thanks Jimmy! You are the best!
