Our AC broke and it did not make sense to fix it so we opted to have a new HVAC system installed. Rakim was recommended and he gave a reasonable quote for the work. He was knowledgeable, professional and let me know how the process would work. He installed a new air handler and compressor along with a new thermostat. The system is running great and we are really happy with his work and the equipment. We had a minor issue with the thermostat when we turned on the heat and he came out within an hour and fixed the issue. I would definitely use his services again for maintenance, repair and replacement of the HVAC equipment.

Rakim reset the unit and thoroughly explained the problem to us. He will continue to be our go-to person for all of our heating and cooling needs.

They came the same day I called and got my AC working again. They were on time, polite, and did a great job. Highly recommend and cheaper than bigger companies!

The owner responded rather quickly through a message I had sent earlier in the day. He arrived, and assessed the unit. He cleaned one part of the unit which was slightly clogged with grit, and assured me that would fix the problem. He filled unit with a little freon, and charged me almost $250. Needless to say, that was not the problem, and I had to reached out to another company to fix the problem. Very disappointed.

Maintenance resulted in repairs being required. The Dual Capacitor on the AC unit required replacing and a leak was found. The Tech was great. He showed me where the leak was and fixed it. He also had me watch as he tested the Capacitor and explained the results to me. He had the required parts on his truck. He made the repairs and the unit is working fine. The cost was reasonable. I have a new HAVC man. I look forward to working with him again.

He was courteous, explained the problem, advised me how to optimize the unit's function. (It's over 20 years old!) It's been more than 2 weeks and no more AC problems. We will definitely call him for a new system when this unit needs replacement.

As good as it gets. After assessing the project and giving and estimate, the project was completed entirely in one day, despite a couple unforeseen conditions. The installer was professional, thorough, and very fair. I could not be happier with the quality and value I received.
