Description of Work: I have been a long term customer of Midlothian Mechanical as they service a home that I own in Montpelier VA. We have separate annual contracts. They come out twice annually to perform general preventive inspections. During the past year I had a furnace failure in the coldest weather. They responded the same day and repaired the problem at no charge. Their office personnel are very friendly as are their technicians. They are very professional and treat customers the right way. We are totally satisfied with their services.

Description of Work: They replaced the coil in the inside unit of my heat pump. I purchased the unit from them and it was still under warranty. (10 years) As is usual, the were prompt, professional & courteous. My only complaint would be that it took awhile for me to get an appointment and they were going to charge me at first until they realized that the heat pump was still under warranty for everything including a new thermostat and the refrigerant which had to be replaced. Overall, they provide excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: We bought the HVAC system inspection deal. Midlothian Mechanical is a first class locally owned company and we'd recommend them for all your HVAC needs. After the initial inspection, we had some problems with the A/C unit, ductwork, etc. Their personnel need a wonderful job fixing the problem and were very fair with the final price. We trust them 100%.

 + -1 moreMidlothian Mechanical not only responded quickly to our phone call but went out of their way to find and order the part we needed, as it is an older unit. They installed it as soon as it came in and thee were no surprises. The man was friendly and cleaned up well. I would refer any of my friends or relatives to them.
