Replaced the windshield at the Midlothian Turnpike location. Service was quick and professional. Office personnel were friendly and attentive.

An unseen chip in my windshield turned into a little crack that became gigantic in short order. Having read good reviews here, I emailed Ace to see about setting up an appointment. As it was only an additional $40 to have them come to me, I had them come to my workplace to keep from missing work time. The installer showed up on time, was courteous, and got the job done. What more can I ask? Very pleased with Ace Glass.

Fantastic. Dropped off on Monday and was told it should be ready in a couple of days. That afternoon (Monday) got a call telling me it was ready. Picked it up the next day. Work done was great. Everyone there was very professional and friendly (especially Lorri).

I scheduled everything online, after comparing price quotes. Not only was it very easy to schedule, they took care of my windshield in less than an hour. After a few days of heavy rain, I can report there are no leaks!

They were able to give me an appointment for the next day with my choice of times. When I arrived that took the car right away. They told me how much and how long it would be and stuck to it.

They are such a happy group of people and they take remarkable care of customers. Their prices are unbelievable. I wish all companies were like this. We got our windshield repaired by them because we had such a good experience with them when we bought our mirror.

Great! In and out within 25 minutes. Deep chip cleared up.

Called insurance company for windshield repair & they contacted Ace - receptionist at Ace was very pleasant & professional - set up a date & time at my convenience - Troy called before arriving to announce his ETA - Troy was soooooo helpful & not only replaced windshield in a timely & professional manner, but also installed new wipers I had purchased from another company (didn't know they sold wipers, at a VERY reasonable price, until Troy told me) - I would definitely use them again if the need arises & will definitely refer them to friends/family - they also followed up on the service which is always a sign of excellent customer service

The price was very reasonable. They were pretty fast in putting the windshield in. They pointed out a little rust which caused issues in putting the seal around the window but they worked around it. I did have to follow up with them as I felt the craftsmanship was not very good. When I tried to removed the tape that went over the seal that needed to stay on for 1 day and when I did take it off, there was a strong adhesive that was left all around the windshield.

Our first call to Ace Glass was answered courteously and professionally. An estimator was dispatched to our home promptly to verify the measurements (36"x70") of the damaged mirror. We received call very soon after the estimator's visit - the estimate was a total of $375 for the mirror and the installation. The cost of the mirror itself was $160. The estimate was about $100 more than we had projected, but we didn't know how long the installation would take - given Ace's good reputation and proximity, we agreed to go ahead. The installation was scheduled and promptly carried out. We very much appreciated the management of the scheduling - we were not held hostage for an entire day or even a half-day: and we were called when the installation team was on its way to our house. The two installers (one was our estimator) were as courteous and professional as the office person had been, and the installation was completed in less than one hour. So we thought everything was a perfect "A" but reluctantly gave Ace a "B" for a labor charge of $275 for less than one hour's work by two professionals.

Waking up to discover that two windows had been broken in my car was distressing. Luckily, I found Ace Glass through Angie's List. They are terrific! They repaired the car windows today. I planned to drive the car to their shop but when complications arose, they came to me. Calling Ace Glass was the bright spot of my day. I hope you don't have your car windows shattered, but if you do, then call Ace Glass.

I called several places for estimates and Ace was the lowest. I scheduled an appointment and sat in the waiting room while the work was done. The staff was informative and very friendly.

I found Ace Glass through Angie's List and had them repair a rock chip in my windshield in mid-June. I brought my car to their shop for the repair, they helped me set up a claim through my insurance while I was waiting, and finished the repair in less time than originally estimated (30 min). There was a small blemish visible where the chip had originally been as expected, but otherwise the repair looked great. Several days later, a small crack appeared on one side of the repair which grew to 10-12 inches in length after about 2 weeks. I called Ace Glass and their mobile service came out to my workplace the same day to replace the windshield. The service technician was very professional and completed the job in about 45 min to an hour. The windshield fit perfectly, was clearly cleaned following the installation as no smudges or streaks were visible, and even the inspection sticker was put back on smoothly (not mangled or torn). My only minor complaint was some fine black debris left on the dash and center console. For the windshield replacement, Ace Glass again helped me contact my insurance to go through the same claim as initiated for the rock chip repair, and waived half of my insurance deductible. Overall, an excellent experience with great service.

Called and arranged to drop off my car. They replaced the windshield while I was doing other stuff. it was finished and waiting for me when I returned at Noon.

I'd reported to my auto insurance that my windshield on my car had cracked, and needed to be replaced. After researching auto glass replacement companies on Angie's List, I noticed that ACE Glass Repair had a high rating, so I told my auto insurance that was where I'd planned to take my car. My insurance information was faxed to ACE Glass Repair, and I called to make an appointment. After first checking to see if they had the windshield in stock (and they did), I was able to make an appointment for the replacement the same day, and within a couple of hours of dropping my car off, the windshield was replaced - - it was AWESOME!! From the time that I contacted ACE, everything went quickly and smoothly, and the folks at ACE were very nice and helpful!

Called and set up an appointment for them to replace the windshield which was shattered by a fallen limb. They covered the deductible so we had no out-of-pocket expense. The installer was early to the appointment. He did a great job. I recommend their work.

Technician broke a piece of trim that had been removed. Car door shut on him. The technician admitted fault and they ordered a new piece of trim from Nissan and later installed it. The trim cost them more than the windshield and they took care of purchasing the broken trim piece. They handled the situation professionally. If it were not for the broken trim, then they would have gotten an A. I would use them again.

Ace Auto Glass fit me in with an appointment the very morning I called. They replaced the windshield on my 2007 Honda Accord in a little under two hours. They were very professional and friendly and even brought crayons and paper to my toddler while we sat in the waiting room. Would absolutely use them again (but hope to not have to any time soon)!

I went to Ace when the molding first became loose (months earlier), and they glued it for me without charge. When the molding started coming loose and was hard, I returned and they ordered the molding and installed it the following day. Appointment times were kept and work done punctually. Good service and price most reasonable.

Mike arrived on time to do measurements and make an estimate. After I accepted the price (lower than others), he came back to handle the installation. I have recommended Ace to family members.

They were very professional. I arrived about 10 minutes before the appointment and was taken right away. The receptionist gave me an approximate time and work was done before that time. There were no surprises.
