We brought a template of our table and they cut the glass for us. They were professional and got the job done on time.

There were a few hiccups--one window was cracked during install and the wrong glass was ordered the first time, but they were quick to correct the problems and I honestly learn more about how a company operates when things go wrong than when a job goes perfectly. They are a professional, ethical company who kept at the job until it was done correctly. Our windows look great and the glass replacement was a cost effective fix vs new replacement windows.

This is the second time Ive gotten a windshield from Ace.They are very good and priced very reasonable.Will definatly use again.I went to there shop.It was $40 cheaper .Compared with coming to your house.

Company responded quickly via Angie's list and I was amazed at how fast after contacting them I could get scheduled to have my windshield fixed. They are very professional: Early morning call telling me the window of time that the technician would arrive to the technician calling me about 10 minutes before arriving to give me a head's up that he was on his way. Troy did a fantastic job removing the windshield. I'd definitely recommend them and Troy for any work that was needed on windows. I also found out that they do windows in homes and will be looking at them for another future project.

Usual situation with a stone thrown up by a truck on the interstate giving me a small chip. Chip was treated using heat (?) system.

The first windshield they put in had a handprint between the laminate and the glass. After letting them know, I took it in again and waited 3 hours while they replaced it with another windshield. This second one was very distorted and wavy. I had it replaced a 3rd time at another company. Their windshields appear to be a low quality product so they can offer cheap windshield replacement and still make a decent profit. Pay a little more someplace else and get a quality product. It makes a big difference!

Everything went great. I received a call about 30 minutes before they showed up to let me know they were on their way. Troy showed up and was extremely nice, professional, and respectful. The work was done in about an hour and looks great. They were not the cheapest shop in town but we also not the most expensive. I will definitely use them again, the service is worth the price.

Ace Glass was very professional. They were able to accommodate a door with an odd-sized muntin, while another company told me it wasn't available. They were timely and courteous.

I had an appointment and had waited until the very last day. They worked with me to get me in on that last day so I could take advantage of the coupon cost. Repair was quick and professional. I had no sooner sat down & opened my computer, and they were finished! It is now almost one year later, and the crack has not returned! Great service!!

Repair done quickly and it's almost impoossible to see where the repair is. Had this repair done to another car in the past and there is no comparison. This job is terrific. Office staff very busy and very friendly and efficient. I apparently didn't get all the paper work done on my Angie's list site, but one of the staff worked on it and gave me the A.L. price. Would recommend this company to anyone who asks about Windshield repair.

When we arrived for our appointment, they checked us in quickly, gave us a return time, and even told us about a few stores close by to check out while we waited. The waiting area was quite crowded, so they appeared to be a popular option. Car was ready when they said it would be so we were in and out efficiently. More importantly, the repair looked good. Could barely see the chip.

They came to my parking lot at work and replaced it. I was 100 percent satisfied. I would use them again.
