+ 0 moreThis is an appraiser and auctioneer that can not be trusted if you are considering of purchase of some value. Have an independent appraisal, or better yet, steer clear of this 'professional'. We wish we had.
Description of Work: We purchased a home and land at auction from this so-called professional auctioneer, having done the normal due diligence one would expect. Mr. Zedd in pre auction hand bills, the day of the auction, and at the time of the house and land auction that day, advertised the land at 'almost 4 acres' and over 3 and 1/3 acres alternately. We found out later that the land was actually 1.2 acres. Our attempts to contact him to explain this gross misrepresentation were ignored.
