They're fantastic. I use them all the time. They've done probably 9 jobs for us. Every time we've used them, they're create and half price against every other plumber. It's low cost, always professional, he goes above and beyond.

James did excellent work at unbeatable prices!!! He is always punctual and goes the extra mile above and beyond what he is being paid for. James originally answered a call to install and plumb in an airline system for my garage air compressor. He made quick work of it and did a bang up job. While he was there he investigated some other issues we were having. We were in the middle of having a bathroom renovation and pier system install when we began having trouble with our contractors. He inspected and and fixed some of their work which was done incorrectly. Later we began experiencing drainage issues at our house so I called James to snake a toilet for us. While doing this we discovered that many of our cast iron pipes under the house were at the end of their life span and were leaking. James replaced the initial pipe we were having problems with and I had him stop with just the one pipe because I was being cheap. A month later we had another cast iron pipe let go the day before the 4th of July holiday. I called James back and he showed up and worked the entire 4th of July replacing and rebuilding our entire drainage system. Our house is large and sprawling, so our pipes are very long and were a tangled mess. James reconfigured all of it and installed a new main hub. He hauled away all of our old pipe and even spread some lime under the house in the areas where leaks had occurred. He must have pulled out several hundreds of feet of pipe and did a lot of crawling around with spiders. I would hire James again with no reservation, and highly recommend him. He's incredibly honest and punctual.

I originally called him just to install the toilet because my old one was leaking. When he arrived, he quickly reviewed the other work I wanted done and put together an estimate. The price was great so I had him do the floor and vanity as well. During the install, he had to replace one piece of piping. While he was there I mentioned an intermittent problem with a tub leak. He trouble shot that and advised me what the issue was. I have a short term fix until I replace the tub. He also offered to snake the tub drain because it was not draining well. With the additional work on the tub, he came in $15 above his estimate. Price was a bargain and his work was excellent.
