Company ruined my trees, cut half of my pecan tree and it was not that close to the power line, they cut extremely unnecessary cuts that was not close to the lines and I rely on my trees to shade my house. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate company. I understand the job, but they went past their rights and cut my property.

They said they would be here to give me an estimate on a Thursday showed up on Friday. Seem nice and knowledgable. Said it could be treated in the fall, Called Phil Pernell 2nd week in Oct. Said they would treat the following week. Never happened Called again 2 weeks later said they were running behind would treat it the following week, never happened.Called the first week in Dec said they would treat it on Friday Dec 7, Called at 2PM on Friday said he lost my address. I gave it to him said they would be there later that day. Never happened. Wasted a lot of my time. Their customer service seems non existant.

There was a delay in getting the job done due to all the damage caused by Hurricane Matthew. This was an understandable situation and once delays caused by the hurricane were handled, my trees were taken care of in a timely manner. The owner, Phil Pernell, was a super nice, very professional person who did a big job for a very reasonable price.

Service was okay. Scheduled day of service no one showed, no phone call,etc. I called when i got home from work, after about an hour i finally recieved a return call and was told due to equipment issues they hoped to get to us the following day. I expressed my displeasure at not receiving a call about the delay. People were out the following day. Service was okay, i expexted to have all of the dead limbs removed from the oak tree, not to see within 3-4 days dead limbs on the ground. Several oak limbs were still hanging over the house, i would have thought they would have been cut back a bit more. I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend them.
