Phil Pernell gave me a quote to remove a large tree limb. He said it was a small job for his company, but would squeeze it in between larger jobs. It's been two months and I'm still waiting. I left a telephone message and sent an email message to Phil, but alas - no response! He seemed like a really nice man - so I hope he is not ill and couldn't do the job. But until I know otherwise, I would not recommend his company.

There was a delay in getting the job done due to all the damage caused by the effects of Hurricane Matthew. Once these situations were in control, my job was done in a timely and very professional manner. The clean-up after the job was excellent. The owner, Phil Pernell was a very nice and very professional person who did a big job for a very reasonable price compared to some other quotes I received.

I had a residential tree project. The guys know their stuff about falling trees. They also conduct a thorough clean-up afterward.

I've had trees removed by other companies before. Xylem was by far the most professional. They also had the lowest bid of 3 companies. I will use them again and strongly recommend them.

Showed up on time on original date and did trimming and tree cutting. All debris properly removed. However, Miss Utility did not show up to mark utility lines so stump grinding could not be done. Stump grinding scheduled for Friday; no one showed up nor did anyone call. I'm still waiting................

The crew showed up about 2PM and took care of the job in about 2 hours. Very professional and very courteous. They asked me to come out on several occasions to verify what was to be done and made recommendations to remove specific branches on the Bradford Pear. They did a great job cleaning up, and because they used the bucket truck my front lawn did not take a beating. They trimmed two trees and cleaned up a pile of debris for15% less than I was quoted for 1 tree last year. Will absolutely use them again!
