Not only were they the best priced, but they were very knowledgeable when the arborist came out to do my estimate. Overall they were very professional and did a great job! I would hire them again if I need tree work done whether it be for removal or treatment of a diseased or damaged tree. They do it all!

This was my second time using their service and I am even more satisfied. This Company is all about getting the job done right and in a timely manner. This time I had 4 trees removed and 3 stumps grinded. They come with all the right equipment to do the job. They were a little short handed that day, but you couldn't tell by watching them work. It took them a little longer than I expected to get the job done but because there was no rush on the job,was not a big deal.However, the fact that I had to call them about when the job might be started on bothered me some.I was hoping they'd follow up with me to see when they could start the job.Waited a month to get 1 tree taken down and stump ground up.The completed job itself was great.

The project was done on time and price is competitive. But the stump should grind lower so freshly dug hole is at least 4 in. below the ground.

Xylem Tree Service was the only contractor who responded promptly to schedule an estimate. Another contractor responded several hours later and then didn't show up for the estimate appointment. We were very pleased with the estimator (certified arborist) and the crew who completed the work.

The gentleman that came to look at my two dying dogwoods was a certified aborist. He examined tthe rees thoroughly and then came back promptly on a scheduled date and time with a helper to work on the trees. He climbed both trees and carefully cut the dead wood and then fed the trees. He will be back when the leaves begin to show to apply a fungicide. In the two weeks since his work, my trees have budded and look 100% better then they did before. I have the upmost confidence in this company and would certainly hire them again. These are very old and beloved dogwoods and I'm glad I trusted him with their care.
