Description of Work: My house is built on a slab with water line running through the slab. Upon return from a trip the 20th of jan we noticed water running as soon as we got home . Although you could not see any water it was running into the sand under the slab. I determined that the leak was on the hot water side and turned off the hot water stopping the leak. On monday I had a leak detection service come in and determine where the leak was, under the concrete. I ask who he would recommend and he gave me three names. I called Woodir'e plumbing and Woodie actually answered his phone! I explained my problem and he said he would be over the next day at 0900, he arrived on time with his son and brother (they make up the entire operation) He described that he would have to remove a cabinet with a sink that were over the area where the leak was and would have to break up the concrete to repair the leak, he also recommended removing an old richmond drain, and replumbing the dran to the washing machine (the leak was in the laundry room area) He proptly completed all work cleaned the area. When he left everything as if he had never been there the drain that used to back up when the washer drained was draining better than ever, and the original leak was repaired. I would and WILL hire Woodie again. He and his brother and son are fine people and excellent plumbers

Description of Work: Our downstairs toilet was overflowing and coming out the clean out pipe. What a mess. This happened at 5 in the morning. I have Dominion Services Insurance and called them right away. Within an hour Woodie's Plumbing called me to schedule a time to come out. What a relief to know they would be here in just a few hours and they were so kind and professional. Woodie called me himself to let me know they were on their way to our home. Upon meeting Woodie and his employees I knew I was in good hands. He sure knows his business and was able to tell me things about the plumbing/pipes in our older home that I never knew. I recommend this company highly because Woodie Boisvert has been in business for 42 years and they are still going strong. That's rare to find these days. The fact that Dominion Products and Services uses them lets me know too that they are a reputable company. You'll find that out easily when you call them. Professional and honest........so nice to know and I would request them again should I need a GREAT Plumber.

Description of Work: They repaired a water line leak on the outside of the house. They had to dig the yard up, and cut down two bushes.

Description of Work: Last week, we had a huge storm and everything was flooded. The pilots on my water heater went out and he came and cleaned it and relit the pilots.
