Excellent help. Spent almost a year looking for a house and had several attempts that didn't work, not due to her fault, but the market. When we found this house she helped us keep track of the price changes, worked on negotiations and did lots of research and documentation to present to the sellers agent. When the offer was accepted, she made all arrangements for required inspections and services that needed to be completed as part of closing. She is WONDERFUL to work with. Patient and EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the market. In fact for the final purchase price of this home, when we first found it, we talked about the value of the house based on the neighborhood and comps, about 4-5 months before we closed. Her prediction of the final price of the house ended up being almost exactly what we ended up reaching with the sellers at the end of the process! This was before we had even made our minds up to try to purchase the house or even talked to the sellers. We LOVE the neighborhood and our house and can't see ourselves anywhere else! She helped me sell and purchase a house prior to this, and helped my wife and I sell our old house after we purchased this one. We love working with Marilyn!
