It was truly a pleasure working with Don. He helped us with a mole issue. His knowledge and skills were most impressive. Highly recommend for any critter issues!

Don trapped the first animal. Then we discovered another one. For two months it would not come out to be trapped. Then I noticed that there was no movement. I told Don I thought it had died. Don removed both traps and left without informing me. I noticed the traps were gone so I called him twice. He has not answered my calls nor has he tried to call me. now I am left with a dead animal in my crawl space. I paid him 225.00. he did not finish the job. when I asked what if it does not come out? He said he would have to go in and get it and that what I expected.

Don proposed excellent processes, carried through exactly as described, and went the extra mile to provide a perfect solution. Just as important: I trust him.

We really just started with the program Don Herring recommended but as far as knowledge and customer service goes I am extremely happy.

I highly recommend Wildlife Removal & Prevention. I had a rat infestation in my storage unit and needed someone to come in under short notice to remove and dump my destroyed stored items and clean and disinfect rat droppings from the unit. Wildlife Removal did an excellent job. They were quick and very thorough. I'm so glad that I hired them.

Caught 4 moles even came back and set another trap for a new tunnel after the 10 days.

Don was very responsive from the beginning. He came out and looked over our mole problem and provided a quote rather quickly. His communication was great about the plan. We ended up catching 4 moles and he even gave a great suggestion on how to prevent them from coming back. Would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Don was quick to respond to my call for assistance in getting a squirrel out of my fireplace/chimney. He was very pleasant on the phone and gave me a price to come out to my home and set a trap. Even though a close friend recommended another company to me (after I spoke to Don) I went with my gut and had Don do the job. He attached a cap to my chimney (which I always thought I had but didn't) and even checked other parts of my home to rest my mind about what else could be happening with the squirrels. I am having him come back in the Spring to do some preventative work to my roof. He's a stand up guy and I'm glad I chose him to do the job. You won't be disappointed.

He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He checked my fireplace & my chimney and ensured there was not a current problem . He then came out the next day & installed a chimney cap. All these services were provided at a fair price. Once again, I highly recommend Wildlife Removal & Prevention.

Mr Herring is a great Wildlife Removal Specialist. He consistently showed up everyday. I could tell he enjoyed his job. Very pleasant and thorough. He got the Groundhog and the Possum in to an area where they could live. The rodents lived in my backyard neighbors shed but ate in my backyard. I would use him again and recommend him to others.
