Awesome is the only word to describe them. Sal is the owner, but he was there to help move and supervise. The workers were pleasant respectful, courteous and careful. They could not have done a better job moving our furniture up and downstairs. They were nearly perfect. Again awesome work.

I was very concerned about the armoire and he did a great job and was very alert about it. They were very pleasant, on time, and easy to work with. He was training a new guy, but they did a good job. Sal was very professional and nice and he did a quick job. I would definitely recommend him.

Want to know how to make a move out of state pain free? Call Sal at Triumph. On short notice (about 10 days) he gave us a competitive bid (lowest of 3 estimates), followed up to let me know he really wanted the business and convinced me he would do a good job, and then arrived on moving day on time and ready to work. They carefully disassembled, wrapped and taped furniture, and conscientiously loaded our boxes...quick but deliberate. It was no problem leaving he and crew alone while running last minute errands. This is an honest and dependable company. What I really appreciated is that they took over... after hiring them, I had no other decision to make. It didn't matter that the dresser is so heavy or the armoire too large. They just took care of it let me worry about other things. They met me on the other end of the move, and at the same efficient pace, unloaded, unwrapped, and reassembled. Friendly and courteous, even after a 15-hour day, the crew headed back to Tidewater. There was no damage to any item or wall. These guys know how to work together and were more professional and careful than the big national companies we have used before. It's rare to get all that is promised these days when falling just short is good enough. This company did more that we discussed; did it well; took care of our things. I love it when something this important goes right.

I called the company to schedule a quote for my 3 bedroom home. I was informed that the company was taking an 8 day summer vacation the week of my move. He went on to say how unfortunate it was that my move fell under their vacation and if I would want to move 2 weeks early or after they got back from summer break. Excuse me?! I hope they come back from vacation and wait by the phone for me to call back.

I made an online request for an estimate, but did not hear from Triumph for three days, by which time I had booked another mover. The man who called did sound polite; had I not already made other arrangements, I would have continued the conversation.

I contacted Sal by phone and he came by that evening to provide an estimate. I arranged for Triumph to pick up an armoire at my residence and take it to a wood shop for alterations and return and pick up the armoire when it was finished. This was handled through the wood shop and Triumph without my ever becoming involved. Mr. Scafidi contacted me on the morning of the move to advise me that they were on their way. They arrived almost exactly at the time I was promised in the estimate. The owner, Sal, is involved with every aspect of the move not only moving items himself, but also with instructions to his employees. The men were courteous, pleasant and very professional. The entire move went without a hitch, nothing broken and no walls scratched. I would highly recommend this company for both their price and for a job well done.
