The service was great. The representatives was very nice and easy to talk with. They were happy to attend to any concerns we had.

A representative came out a few weeks to give an estimate. Representative (Rod) was very easy to work with. I then scheduled the painting. Had two painters come out and do a thorough job. I was very pleased with the work done and the professional they displayed. Will definitely use them again.

The work for me was some interior painting. I was impressed with everyone that was painting in as the professional and respect shown while in my home. The work was top notch and very well coordinated. I will gladly recommend "The Painter, Inc" to anyone .

Very responsive in setting and keeping appointments. Proposal was very detailed.The estimated five day job turned into a few days longer due to weather. The previous owners of the house put thick globs of caulk on the outside windows so the crew had a hard time getting it off but replaced it as smoothly as they possibly could over the remaining caulk and it looks good. The crew did a great job overall and the trim looks like new now. We were considering tearing down the deck but the Arborcoat stain and sealant on the deck look great. The lighter color I chose looks wonderful. I am pleased with the entire job. Nice daily cleanup, no drips of paint on the bushes or brick. The only thing I was not too thrilled with was that the crew used my patio table without a drop cloth and got paint on it but they came back and cleaned it off. Gabe, Daniel, Rod, and the rest of the crew were excellent in their work.

The job was scheduled to take 3 days. The morning the painting was to start The Painter Inc. had another job cancel. Instead of sending a crew of 2-3 about 6 showed up and were able to complete the job in one day. It was like watching a an ochestra play...each member know what their job was, there was very little talking between them and I don't believe they stopped to take a lunch. It was impressive. And the crew leader Marvin James was outstanding.

Marvin and his crew were wonderful to work with! Extremely competent and very pleasant. Did excellent work that went above and beyond what was specified on the contract. Can't recommend highly enough! Will definitely use them again.

All communication with The Painter, Inc. was outstanding: professional, courteous, thorough, and helpful. From scheduling an appointment for an estimate to the end of Mr. Rod Hamilton's visit to my home, my expectations were exceeded. Their use of email to confirm the appointment was helpful, and Mr. Hamilton called ahead of his visit to confirm the time, and let me know he was on his way. Mr. Hamilton was meticulous in understanding my needs, and took the time to meticulously assess the work to be done. Before he departed, he provided me with a detailed written estimate and supporting information about their company. I am confident The Painter would do a fantastic job. I ultimately chose another contractor with whom I have an ongoing relationship when his calendar unexpectedly opened up. But for that, I would definitely have chosen The Painter to work on my home. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend The Painter to a friend.

The crew was very nice and did an outstanding job - very meticulous with the actual look of the painting. I did find a few paint drips on my "downspout rain water catcher things" and one paint drip on my brick. The painters did miss one little section of trim on my home and I pointed this out via text message, was told someone would be by to finish this one section, but as of today, no one has come. Little disappointing. I feel like I was a bit "discarded". This is the only reason I gave a "B" for responsiveness and overall. I want to reiterate the crew was very nice and very professional. We did have a neighbor call to ask what we thought of your company and we gave a good report.

Work was scheduled through our general contractor as part of our 2-bathroom renovation and some other repairs but we could not be happier. Marvin and Rick were great - on time, on schedule, very friendly, and protective of our things. I know who to call when we need the next phase of our projects done!

All work looks fantastic. Very professional. Good price. Completely transformed the appearance of the house.

I found The Painter, Inc. on Facebook. Great customer service in planning the project. Glad I did the color consult, because the colors look great! Quality painters with great customer service. We were thrilled with the results!

Two painters arrived on time each day on 24 and 25 August 2015. They set up their protective coverings, spackled any holes and sanded/preped as necessary and began painting. At the end of each day they thoroughly cleaned up prior to their departure. They performed their work professionally and did no painting, drips nor "oops" on anything which was not supposed to be painted. They had friendly personalities and were easy to communicate with. They did a super job!

We purchased the Angie's List deal of 2 painter for a day for $585.00. Tabitha and David arrived right on time each of the 3 days we purchased. They were very professional and personable, working straight through the day with only a very short break for lunch. After sanding the trim, oil-based primer was needed due to having to cover the stained woodwork. There were a lot of fumes in the house that first day (even with some ventilation), but neither painter complained. We originally purchased 2 days, but realized another day was necessary. We are pleased with the new look. The rooms are so much brighter with the light trim.

IT DIDN'T GO. CALLED THEM FOR 2 DAYS TO SET UP DATE GOT NO RESPONSE. VERY DISAPPOINTING

They provided a detailed professional estimate that outlined the cost for each component: washing, wood replacement and painting. They were prompt, courteous, and meticulous in their approach. The Crew chief made suggestions as to painting some trim that had not previously been painted, and that suggestion significantly improved the overall appearance of the finished job. While they were not the Low Bidder, I felt that they offered more quality and experience and I was not disappointed...you get what you pay for. The 2 year Warranty was unique.

Good. There were a few areas that I requested the crew come back and touch up, and they did. Overall process, from estimate, to survey, to finalized warranty certificate and project details binder - The Painter Inc provides a solid product, and they stand behind their work. I would hire again.

They sent me an email asking that I call them. When I called them, they were very kind when informing me that they do no service my area.

Three team members showed up. They did well and painted over spots that were missed on the first try. All were polite and punctual.

Gabe and Caleb took our run down and dated stained oak kitchen cabinets and transformed them into a near factory "off-white" classic finish. They were a bit more expensive then other painters, but the quality in workmanship was second to none. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Gabe and Caleb (painters) and would hire them again for other painting jobs. Thanks for a great looking "new" kitchen!!!

I could not have been happier with with the paint crew that performed the work. Each day they arrived on time, focused on completing the day's work. They conducted themselves in a professional manner at all times. The quality of their work was exemplary, well worth the money. I was so impressed with The Painter, Inc. that when I needed to have my kitchen cabinets painted, it was a "no brainer" to call Gabriel for an estimate and have his paint crew do the work for me. The job starts in a little over a week, and I have no doubt that it will be another professionally done job. Gabriel and his crew are a delight to deal with!

EXCELLENT! I cannot say enough nice things about Gabe and his crew. They have done several jobs for us, including painting our exterior brick home. Their work is exceptional and they are great people, too. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Everything was done as written on the contract the men were on time each day and the estimate of the time element that was given was completed as mentioned by the painters the first day. There were only 2 men working and they had a new person just hired to work with the experienced painter and he was very polite and eager to do the job correctly which he did a very nice job for being a new employee. They covered all carpet in the painting area, covered the ceiling light from the upstairs ceiling area and also placed a plastic curtain so no debris would go into the downstairs living room and entrance hallway. They also covered the newly poly-painted handrail going up the stairs, removed all switch and plug covers, ceiling register and high-hat recessed ceiling lights. Faced off the 2 HVAC air returns frames and painted those covers with appropriate color and paint type for the purpose of the filters being replaced every few months as being handled with human hands. They patched all nail pops in the walls and repaired the metal edging of where the stairwell wall & the living room ceiling came together and added mounting screws to tighten the attachment as it was only nailed where the old plaster had fallen down. All repairs were sanded and prepped and it was impossible to see where the repairs were made after the painting was completed. They re-attached all switch and plug plates, re-installed the HVAC return covers, and installed a new ceiling register (which I purchased) and re-installed all high-hat ceiling light fixtures and trimmed carefully or removed all door knobs facing out to the hallway as it was impossible to tell which way as no indication of any of this except the door was painted completely. They cleaned up the area and hand broomed the foyer where some of the debris had collected from the work upstairs and also checked all the carpet areas for any paint or plaster residue, which there was none and when finished all work they inspected the areas to make sure all was clean before they left. They worked the whole time except for a lunch break and ended the workdays at a reasonable time each day. They did use our outside hose and water to clean their paint brushes and containers but when finished they put back all hoses on the reel and made sure the outside spigot was off and the hose was drained. They did ask to use our hose before they did any cleaning and also parked in the proper places at our complex as we live in a condo group and parking rules are strict for all residents and contractors working at various units.

Did an excellent job, did what was written on the contract and there were no surprises of extra added costs. The daily clean up and final completion of the job as cleaning the rooms as there were before the work was started. Placed tarps and plastic sheet barriers to help with the debris from pop corn ceiling removal and and protecting the large furniture items that could not be placed in another room and all of the hard wood type flooring. The painters had to move the larger items around in the painting areas but did so with care and there were no damages. They also removed the door knobs switch and plug plates and ceiling registers for the HVAC. They re-installed all the above when finished and they were put back as they were. The owner Gabe did come himself to give the estimate for the work and actually was able to price and print out the completed contract while he was at our condo. Gabe actually covered the entire contract, and explained all warrantees and also provide the comments of previous jobs completed by their customers. They had their service manager who's name is Gabe Cobb, (same first name as the owner) call before the job was to begin and requested the paint color and texture to be used and inquired our desire for the color and type of trim paint for the job. He arranged for our choice of which painting supply company we wished to use. The company obtained all supplies needed and monitored the work of a special contractor who were dry wall professionals and prepared the ceilings patch and skim coat placed and sanding for a complete smooth finish and it was impossible to tell that the ceilings were pop corn textured before. They always began the job as what we requested of the start time. There was some dead time due to the ceiling skim coat took longer to dry but it would have not turned out the way it did if they had continued and while waiting they actually started to do the trim and facings of the doors that would not be affected by the sanding of the ceiling skim coat and painting as well. When the job was completed with in the contracted time line the service manager came to check on any concerns we had about the job and was ready to complete and satisfy our findings. All of the crew doubled checked the clean up process and took away any trash or debris made during the work operation. We were so pleased we decided to have them submit another contract and we granted them the work to paint the upstairs hall and stairway and Gabe the owner came as set by appointment made again which was verified by the office manager for the day and time of the estimate to be completed and he processed the contract as before and printed out a copy and wanted to know if we had any questions. Also the service manager would also ask if we had questions and gave us his cell number to call any time.
