This was my 2nd time using the Painter's Company. As usual, they did an excellent job.

Very good company with very professional policies and procedures expected of a company providing services. However, customer services need some improvement when there is an issue or disagreement with new customers.

They performed on time and were quick to address any concerns. Quality of work was very good.

Painter Inc is very professional and does outstanding work. From start to finish I was impressed. If I had a question or concern it was addressed. I will definitely use them again for any painting needs.

Their design services with Jamie helped us with our colors. Her help was priceless. Baku and his painting crew was wonderful and took their time to obtain beautiful results. All our stained woodwork was painted white which is no easy task and looks beautiful. Our kitchen cabinets were painted by Ivan and the results transformed our kitchen. Absolutely beautiful finish. All their employees were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Their price was comparable to other quotes we obtained. We would definitely use this company again.

I was most impressed, from start to finish. The Painter, Inc was the first to give me their estimate and 'set the standard.' I got another estimate without any detail of what to expect and decided not to go with them, even though The Painter estimate was higher. I knew what I was going to get, and they lived up to the expectation. They were everything they said they would be. Much appreciated. Very impressed with the job they did.

Terrific! Very satisfied with the finished work. The painters were professional, respectful of our home and obviously took pride in their accomplishment.

Expensive but did a solid job of replacing rotting exterior trim and painting it which included sanding, priming, and two coats of paint. I would hire them again.

These folks were great - from the estimate to the actual job. They were punctual, professional and the work was top quality. We are definitely going to hire them again when we need more work done. And we would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of painting done.

The first of the 2 rooms, the kitchen, came out OK. It had a standard smoothe finish plaster ceiling. Few things: Outlet cover plate for refrigerator was not removed ( which per contract should give me a $250 refund) but I removed it between 1st and 2nd days. The power cord to the phone was left plugged in and got pain allover it which when i pointed it out they cleaned. Doors were NOT supposed to be pained but the people working in my house didn't know that and painted them anyway! (poor communication). The second room is where the real trouble occurred. I had a very fine sand finish textured plaster ceiling installed. This was painted over and afterwards the fine sand texture could not be seen. It was ruined and has to be redone. I trusted a company who are professional painters to know the proper way to paint a brand new fine sand finish ceiling. When my plaster contractor came out to evaluate the damage he was shocked! Coarser plaster finishes can be painted the way they did, but not a fine sand finish! So it needs to be redone. Otherwise the walls looked nice in that room too. Again the doors were painted and they shouldn't have been. Maybe with improved communication and additional training for their staff they will be worthy of rehire, but I would only let them do simple, uncomplicated jobs.

Absolutely amazing! Everything from meeting with Amanda to the finished product blew me away. The complimentary consultation with the interior designer, Jaimie was so helpful! She really helped make our house a home. The project manager, Daniel, and all the painters were very prompt and professional. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience. Highly recommend The Painter, Inc. Gabriel did a superb job of putting me in touch with a carpenter and mason and coordinated the trades. Everyone we came in contact with was courteous and made us feel special. Their work and attention to detail far surpassed our expectations. Give this company a chance...they will exceed your expectations too.

I am thoroughly pleased with the service and quality of The Painter, Inc. From start to finish, they responded quickly, had an estimator out very quickly, and started work within days of my estimate and color consultation. I thought I was only going to be able to afford one of the items on my list, but their price for all three projects blew me away that I was able to have all three done at once. I'm extremely pleased with their service, friendliness, price, and quality of the work performed.

The men were polite, courteous and worked very hard. They used brushes for the job. I am considering hiring them again to paint my bedroom.

This was the 3rd time that I have hired the The Painter, Inc to paint my home. The 1st time they did the entire interior during our home rennovation. The 2nd time we had them do the exterior of our home. This most recent time was to change the color of our kitchen and dining area. Before each job the owner, Gabriel Goar, came out to discuss what we wanted to have done and go over a game plan on any problem areas or concerns that we might have had. Gabriel was extremely professional and thorough during all of our meetings. Each and every job was done in a friendly and highly professional manner. We had the team of Robert and Gary for each of our projects. Because of the great job that they did on our very first project, we specifically requested them to do the rest of our projects. On each project Robert and Gary arrived on time and were ready to begin the days work. They performed each project and treated my home as if it was their own they were working on. The Painter, Inc rates are very reasonable and their in writing guarantee is the best that I have seen. I have nothing but good things to say about The Painter, Inc and highly recommend them for any painting projects that you might have.

It went well, they showed up on schedule and did a nice job. There was one small problem, which they immediately came back and fixed.

Awesome experience from the time of the initial interview until the completion of the job. They took care of the little details that are often neglected. Workers were punctual, respectful and competent. Painting was very neat no splatter or visible brush strokes. Excellant Quality control. I painted 90% of our 2800sqft house myself when we first moved in. I have a few years of experience doing both interior and exterior painting back in college and I can do a pretty good job but don't have all of the proper equipment for some things, plus, I have to consider how much I value my personal time. That's what brought me to hiring a painter to finish off the interior.. after 4 year :) I could have done the crowne moulding myself but the open 3rd floor stairwell and large picture window were just too high and difficult to get to. I decided to just pay a professional. I'll preface this by saying that I'm very particular and pay attention to details. Overall they did an acceptable job but there were a few things that could gave been better. First, they were punctual, polite, and professional - absolutely no issues there. They laid down drop cloths but I still ended up with a few drips and small speckles here and there as well as some smudges of caulking on the hardwood floor from prepping the crowne mouldings. My only significant complaint is that they didn't tape off the crowne moulding so there isn't a nice sharp line between the white woodwork and the darker walls. They brought rolls of tape but never used it. So while the finished product isn't sloppy, it could be better. Prep work makes a big difference in the outcome and I've taped off and painted all of the baseboard, windows, and door casings in the house with nice sharp lines. A couple other relatively minor things, 1) although they had rolls of plastic they didn't use it to cover any of the curtains they were working over. I initially asked if the needed me to remove the curtains and they said no, they would just hang plastic over them. Ultimately I don't really care either way so long as the are careful and don't drop or splatter but I don't see why they would take that risk. Last little thing is that they left a bunch of dried paint scraps in the stones at the side of my driveway from cleaning out their cans - no damage or anything but something I shouldn't have to clean up. I rated the price a "B" because it seemed a little expensive for the amount of work but it ended up taking them over 8 hours for 2 painter's and a helper. I just expected it to be more like a 4-6hr job. Still, if the quality had been top notch (i.e. nice crisp lines on the crowne mouldings, no additional clean up for me to do) I would have considered it well worth $1100 and given them an "A" for price. So overall I'm mostly satisfied, although there was room for improvement. I would probably hire them again but I would be more specific with my expectations.

Interior -The owner was very professional and communicative when he came out to look around. He took time to go through things. My husband liked his estimate because it seemed to cover little things which could creep in and cause the price to go up. That gave him more reassurance to pay a little more from the beginning and not expect any surprises. The work was done well and when we pointed out a couple of things the painters gladly went over it with a great attitude. Exterior-Had a few more areas to repaint. They came out and took care of it. Overall good experience. We would recommend them.

Wonderful! The owner came and gave the detail of the work to be done. Warranty, etc. was superb. Estimate was within reason. Workers were courteous and professional. They even provided a color consultant. We couldn't be happier.
