Description of Work: The contractor ring the door bell and immediately said the ad was posted wrong. The 1935 was for 2400 sqft of window trim. That does not make since but ok. He told me it would coast about 15 - 20K to get my house done.

the below email exchange was copied from the Angie's list "Message board" and contains exactly how the member was contacted. In a nutshell: Angie's list DID NOT put into the large print that the deal that the member purchased was for the trim only and in the defense of the member it did sound like she could get the entire exterior painted for $1,985.00. However in the details it describes exactly what you will receive for the $1,985.00 in which it states the trim. As you can see in the message board comments, we tried to reach out to the member to let them know that it was for the trim of the home and NOT the siding. The member did NOT return our call or emails we sent. Upon arrival we stated that the Angie's list ad was confusing and that we tried to reach her so that we did not inconvenience her. Since our business is built around customer service, I authorized my paint consultant to make a trip out to the members house to talk in person. We immediately told Angie's list to issue the refund. We are very sorry that Angie's list did not put the details on the front page. No work was done for the member and we feel that this "D" is unjustifiable and hurtful since we gladly spent our money to go out of the way to meet this member. Angie's list has issued a full refund and changed the way that this storefront deal reads. Again we are very sorry for what this has caused. Description of Work: Painted kitchen, great room (with 18' ceiling), exterior doors (including garage doors) and shutters. They did an excellent job and were very conscientious. The color/decorator consultation was very helpful, as well. They left the house neat and usable at the end of each day. There was a minor issue with scheduling due to the weather, but not unexpected.

Description of Work: I hired The Painter Inc. to paint the exterior trim, shutters and porch on my 3200 sf home. They did and excellent job, prepping all services properly and making minor repairs as they went. Everyone from the office staff to the painting crew were wonderful to work with. The paint crew worked on my house for 3 days, and were punctual, polite, neat and cleaned up completely each day. I will definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: Painted at least 10-15 kitchen cabinets. Gabriel and his team were professional, trustworthy, punctual and wonderfully easy to work with. Though the are a little pricier than other painters I've used, I would definitely hire them again. The quality of their work is fabulous and well worth the extra price.

Description of Work: Gabriel's company The Painter, Inc. painted a bedroom and a bathroom as well as caulked around bathroom sink, etc. They also painted my front door, outside-house trim, shutters, and power washed the entire house and deck. | |My dealing with Gabriel (owner) as well as the painters' work was beyond exemplary. The painters arrived on time, stayed focused on job, were polite, professional and cleaned up immaculately at the end of each day. | |I was so impressed with this company--top to bottom--that I've hired them again to paint my kitchen.
