TCI BUSINESS TELEPHONE SYSTEMS

We have been satisfied customers of TCI for many years. Most recently we moved our office to a new location and increased the number of telephone instruments needed to cover our business. TCI recommended the instruments that would be needed to make the transition and then moved our system from our old location to our new location and installed the system. In the process TCI discovered a glitch in our Cox telephone service installation plan that Cox had neglected to mention. Because TCI caught the problem in time we experienced only a minimal loss of service on the transfer. TCI has excellent service response times as well. Whenever we have had problems (only rarely) they have responded quickly, which minimized our down time. We are extremely pleased with TCI and recommend them to all businesses!

I have used Alan Adcock with TCI for all my companies telephone needs. Today's telephone systems are incredible with what they can accomplish for a relatively small price. Alan has been able to provide after the sale training to all our users as well, I really value that. They recently installed an Insight system which allows me to track over 20 telephone numbers constantly; this really helps cut down my cost of advertising.

When we built a new office building, we were looking for a new phone system. We were referred to Alan as well as several other contractors. After interviewing each, we were most impressed with the cost efficient solutions that Alan designed. TCI installed the phone system and it has paid us back in big dividends. The system will track calls for multiple lines and generate reports for each line. Using this, we have put different phone numbers on all of our advertising campaigns. We now know which campaigns are causing our phone to ring and which are not. One of the big things we found out is that Cox Communications hooked up one of our yellow page phone numbers wrong and we were receiving no calls from that number. With the huge volume of calls that we receive on a regular basis, we would have had NO WAY to know that one of the many yellow pages that we are in was "turned off."
