The experience was terrible. We called early on Monday and requested an appointment to fix our Samsung dryer. The call went to a message , and we left our number. By 10:00AM of Monday, we had not received a call back acknowledging the request. Second call, we finally contacted the owner, explained our problem and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, TIME TBD on Wednesday morning. OK, so we understand a delay in getting to us. Wednesday morning arrives, no call by 8:00, nor 9:00 nor 10:00. We finally call and are advised that he is having "truck" issues and will call us back later that day to with a time. By 5:00 still no call, and no one answers the answering machine. We call again on Thursday AM .. answering machine, no call back. We call again at 10:00 reach the company, they confirm we are on the schedule and they will call us with a confirmed time later that morning. Noon, no call back, 1:00 no call back. We call again at 3;00 .. answering machine. We call again 4:00 answering machine. you get the picture. Not wanting to start a queue with another vendor, we call Friday AM, and are advised that he is having scheduling problems (no lie there) ,but he will call back by 10:00. 10:00 no call, 11:00 no call. We call again, explain that we have been trying to confirm this appt now for several days. We have NEVER received a call back that Supreme initiated. He states :" Well if that is going to be your attitude, I'm not sure I want to service you" Warning .. do not bother to call this company. The name Supreme can only be used in the context of Supreme Pain

I called this company on Friday. I told them that my ice dispenser was not working. I was told someone would come on Saturday to look at it. I was given a price for the diagnostics and was told if they performed the work, the price for the diagnostics would be deducted from the overall price. Someone would call me on Saturday to give me a time for the visit. I heard nothing on Saturday. I called in the early afternoon to see what was going on. The man I talked to seemed surprised that no one had called me. He asked if he could call me back. About 1/2 hour later he called and stated that the technician was running late. I asked to be called when the technician had a time. I was never called, by the technician or the man I had talked to. Today is Monday and no call from the technician. I called the company and told them to take me off their list. I said that I needed to be able to depend on someone doing work in my house. The man said he could understand that and appologized. This company is located in Virginia Beach and apparently subcontracts work on the Peninsula. Stay away from these people if you are on the Peninsula. Their subcontractors cannot be depended on.

The service repairman got my refrigerator and oven working again in no time. In fact I was impressed they were able to repair my oven because it was an old oven. They sent out a very knowledgeable guy, which responded to my service call quickly. I have not had any problems with either of the appliances he repaired.

This didn t take long for the guy that came out to figure out what the problem was. He came out within a few hours of my call and fixed the problem right away. He charged me a very reasonable price for the repair.

The man showed up on time, he went right to the problem and did the work in a very short amount of time and left. He was respectful and I really enjoyed him while he was out here. It is not very often that you get a good service provider.

This company has been the best deal we have ever had, as far as appliance repair is concerned. We were with another company for a very long time, but the service contract we have with Supreme was just too good to pass up. The dishwasher was repaired in two hours with several parts being replaced, and it only cost the price of the annual service contract. That is twenty five dollars a year per appliance. We could cover as many, or as few as we wanted. The dishwasher was not a problem since repairs were completed.

I have been using Supreme for about six years. I will not call anyone else. I have been very pleased with their service. I have never questioned the knowledge of the technicians, and I trust them completely. Their prices are the best. You will not find service like this anywhere else. This is a great company to do business with.
