He came out right away and we were happy with his work. They sent me a copy via email and they gave me a hard copy very soon after that. It is an impressive, professional organization.

Mr. Stanfield is very professional, polite, and thorough. He also is very knowledgeable about the HR area. He was able to do the initial visit the day after I called, returned a week or so later to confirm some details, and provided (by email) the full appraisal in about 3 weeks.

Services have been performed, but not yet rendered. We are now at sixteen days an counting. Just to be clear this is not a review of the company based on receiving an appraisal for which I do not agree or am unsatisfied. The results of the appraisal are unimportant, since the service so far has been poor. I hired the company for an appraisal of a house I was interested in purchasing. Mr. Stanfield, the owner and individual who appraised the house either does not understand that buying a house is a time sensitive endeavor, or he simply chooses the customers for whom he provides timely and courteous service. He arrived late (as a result of an overbooked schedule), was fairly aloof and unwilling to answer reasonable questions, was somewhat patronizing, and has not finished the appraisal despite two courtesy calls to ask him how it was progressing. In one conversation, he stated that it was hard to find comparable houses in the neighborhood, to which I replied with one comp (including MLS number) that I had already researched, hinting to me that he had done next to nothing for us. A bad experience so far, and we're still waiting for the appraisal in order to enter into informed negotiations with the seller.
