Description of Work: I have used this company for abut 20 years and couldn't be happier with them. The last service I had was spraying under my house, putting down a moisture shield and repairing some rotten (not termites) damage under my house.

+ -1 moreMy husband chose them but I don’t know why. They have always been reliable and if we have had any problems we have been able to call them. They have been pretty much right on time. They do what we ask them to do. If they have recommendations they give them; otherwise they say that everything looks okay or they give us a plan if there is a problem.
Description of Work: For pest control I used Spivey Exterminating. They were here a week ago to check for termites and to exterminate outside in case there were any bugs or pests. They went underneath the house to check to see the condition underneath the house and that type of thing. We have a contract with them; they come yearly.

Description of Work: They performed a termite inspection for less than half of the amount that we have paid before. They noted a leaky pipe while under our house, which required fixing. Why the plumbers that had been under the house remodeling our kitchen didn't notice it is annoying (meaning the plumbers). They do not do repairs so I believe they gave us an objective opinion on the condition of our crawlspace. Our previous termite inspection company recommended mulit thousand dollar repairs each of the last two years they inspected our house. What made me suspicious about them was the fact that we never did the recommended repairs and the second year a new set problems were discovered, which they estimated that they could do for several thousand dollars. I will use Spivey in the future.

+ -1 moreSpivey Exterminating Service never bothered or hassled me with offers and did the task I asked for. I really liked the results they gave me and the way they went about their business. I have seen the difference since they started and with such good results. I didn't mind the costs, they were rather reasonable.
Description of Work: They did a thorough inspection of my home inside and outside including the basement. They also sprayed around the foundation of my home for all bugs.
