I was more than satisfied with the people and the quality of work. These guys worked very hard and they were very nice to me. They were helpful in the selection process. I'm not sure what the price was.

Sears did a great job for me. The oven was pretty bad off when I called them and I didn't want to have to buy a new one. They came out and cleaned it up so it looked like a brand new one. They were definitely a very honest company and we had a contract with them.

One of the few things Sears seems to beat everyone else at is putting in door openers. They sell a good product to begin with and they have many years of experience doing this type of service. The technician did not waste any time after arrival and the job was done in less than an hour. He also went through minor testing to make sure it was working properly. I have not had any problems with it since installation.

Sears did a good job and completed it within one day after we dropped it off. We've used Sears before for tires and feel they're reliable and honest. We've had no problems since with anything they repaired.

These guys did a pretty good job for us. The price was probably a little high but things are expensive these days. The ice maker has worked great since they fixed it so overall I was satisfied with this company.

Sears did a really good job on our carpeting. They came out after we picked out what we wanted and they had it all installed in one day. We have used Sears for many things in the past, and they have always done a good job for us.

Sears sent out two workers who were wonderful. They were extremely polite and they took the time to explain what the problem was. They are very skilled and knowledgeable. Sears is an excellent company to use as they take care of their products.

If we need new tires, or something more minor, we usually take our vehicles to Sears. Their prices are extremely low, and they have an assembly line type system over there, that speeds up the service. The new tires were on, and front end aligned in about forty five minutes. The handling of the car was noticeably better, after we had this done.

These guys were okay and they did what they came out to do. I guess for me no one is perfect so that was the reason for the C's. I felt they were just average, they were not bad, but not perfect. As far as the cost of the repair, my husband took care of that part.

The service guy that came out was super friendly and he explained to me what was wrong with my dishwasher, and what he had to do to fix the problem. He called and set up a time to come do the repair and he showed up when he said he would. Sears was a very customer friendly company. My dishwasher was under warranty.

The original contractor found the burned out circuit board and put it back into the television. When I called and called, Sears sent out another contractor after 3 months, he fixed it. Sears sent a $50 gift card for my inconvenience. I have used Sears for over 20 years with no problem until now, but they made it right. My appliance was under warranty.

Sears did a good inspection for us. They wasn't very much to do, but they made sure everything was working properly. I have been using them for quite some time and have always been satisfied. Their price was for a 4 year contract that covered inspections and repairs.

I was very unhappy with their repair service. I will never purchase another appliance from them. It was the 7th or 8th time they had come to repair the same problem and they still didn t get the problem fixed. It was somewhat fixed, but not completely. It has been frustrating to deal with. My refrigerator was under warranty.

Because of my warranty I didn't have to pay for a service call. The work was very professional and he looked very trustworthy to have in my home. I didn't know what needed to be fixed. I simply told them the oven didn't work, so he brought everything that he could and fixed it the first time out.

They did a great job installing the new garage door for me. The door works great and we ve had no problems with it. The installer was quick and efficient. He cleaned up well and hauled away the old wood door. He made sure we were happy with how the door worked.

The technician came over the day after I purchased the opener at Sears. He arrived first thing in the morning, with everything need to do the job. It was amazing how fast he finished (maybe forty five minutes). Then he called me out to show me the reset switch in case of a lightening strike, or if it hit the bumper of my car. This opener is not only much faster than the old one, but it can barely be heard.

I was happy with Sears and they did a great job on my refrigerator, but I felt they were a little high on their price. They got the refrigerator fixed and we have not had any problems with it since, so I guess it was worth the money that we paid. I am on a fixed income and I didn t like spending money like that.

We have a service contract with Sears that we purchased with our appliances. It is an extended warranty contract that was included in the purchase. They are very prompt about coming out to service appliances. They are very professional, very clean, and very knowledgeable. They have always done a good job.

Sears was a very dishonest company. They told us that they would replace the dishwasher because they have been out here 3 times to change the fuse. They kept giving me the run around and I had no choice but to stick with them until my warranty ran out. After that I will never use Sears again for anything.

They did a good job for me when they finally came out. It took them over a week to come out to do the repair and that was a week I couldn't use my oven. I had to pay for the part they replaced and I felt the warranty should have covered it, but I guess not with Sears.

They were a fairly decent company. They finished the job in the estimated time given and nothing needed repair yet. The crew was pretty professional and knowledgeable. The price was fair and if needed, I would use them again. I would recommend them to my neighbors because they were so polite and cleaned up when they left.
