Had to go on the roof in the dark to snake the drain and then spend time in the kitchen under the sink to get fully cleared. Very nice fellow who worked hard and was pleasant to talk to. Had a new washer installed and that solved the problem. Thanks to Roto Router for taking ten minutes of his time and not charging for the call.

Description of Work: I called Saturday night. We had no water. The technician was at our home at noon the next day, Sunday, and fixed the problem. Professional plumber, will call again when needed.

Description of Work: I had been having a lot of trouble with repeating clogged drains. To make a long story short, the problem was diagnosed by my regular plumber but he could not resolve it easily. He recommended Roto Rooter. Now, it was 1:30PM approximately, and I need the drain up and operational ASAP. Well, they arrived with the right heavy duty equipment, got to work and less than an hour later I was up and operational! They quickly answered my service request and successfully fixed the issues.
