Description of Work: The plumber was super nice, friendly, professional and helpful. As was the woman I spoke with on the phone. Luckily my problem was a false alarm and they were honest and told me there was nothing needed to be done. I asked about other services I may need in the future and their prices were not competitive and substantially more expensive. Which is disappointing, as my whole experience with them was so pleasurable.

Description of Work: Very professional, look at the problem, and fix my faucet leak. I also ask about why my toilet was slow to drain, he tested the water flow and explain to me that they were no blockage , and that the toilet was original and old and should be replace. the work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend and use again.

Description of Work: The tech recommended a solution they assured would resolve the issue. However, after they left I realized it did not correct the issue. So, in the end I paid for a service and a part that didn't work. I called the manager and without question they refunded the cost of the labor. Since the part was used I agreed to only pay for the part. Although my issue was not resolved I believe they fairly made right of the situation. I would consider hiring them again in the future as I know they are an honest group.

Description of Work: i had a leaky water shutoff valve and plumber tightened the packing nut. He told me this might fix the problem, but the way he presented it was that if it stopped the leak it would only cost $200, but if he had to replace the valve, it would be nearly $200. I was glad tightening the nut stopped the leak, but I don't think I got credit for the coupon, as plumber never explained why the $75 coupon I paid for didn't cover the the $50 cost. It felt like I wasted the the $25 I spent on the coupon. I wound up paying the $50 too and coupon did not seem to be part of the transaction. Oh well, the leak was fixed.

Description of Work: What should have been a fairly routine clog in my main drain turned into an all day experience. The gentleman that did the work was very polite and respectful of my house. He decided to go through the cleanout to unclog the drain and told me the price and said it would take about an hour, so I figured I miss no more than half a day of work. I suggested that he remove the toilet and go in that way, but he disagreed. He didn't want to move the toilet (which was installed within the past year), for fear it could leak around the valve creating more work than necessary. He worked at it for several hours and had trouble with the auger. Eventually he took apart the toilet and cleared the drain. He found nothing out of the ordinary, just sediment and normal things that caught and slowed the drain. The valve didn't leak, but he bolted the toilet at an angle, and didn't tighten down the tank; which did leak. Regardless he spent a little over 6 hours at my house and cost me a day at the office.
