Very good, polite and professional.

Was on time but over priced and not very friendly. He took my old parts (one set was new but my husband didn't install correctly) without asking permission. I felt like he took them most expensive rates rules them part filing the problem.

Called Roto-Rooter around noon. Said service man be here in hour. Called hour later saying delayed for 2 hours. Arrived within that time. Service man very professional. When told recurring problem with vent stack snaking providing relief, he took the time to see what was causing problem. Located outside cleanout and opened. Figured out where problem probably was.where pipes leave house on way to sewer cleanout. I much appreciated same day service and professionalism at a very reasonable price. Will use services in future to permanently correct problem.

Installed a complex new bowl kitchen sink with water filtration - a difficutl cut up job - excellent work, completed in a prompt time frame. Others had told me it could not be done or were unwilling to attempt.

I had a pipe blockage that was preventing my kitchen sink from draining. Called and the person I spoke with was professional and friendly and set up an appointment within an hour. I appreciate the quick no non-sense service. I wish they could have given me a phone quote though. After the technician was in my home, I felt obligated to have him fix the problem. Technician was timely, professional, and gave me tips to help keep my drains clean. I printed the $40 coupon and they accepted it without any issue. They were more expensive than a previous quote I received, but I paid because the previous company had given me one quote when they came to my house and a higher quote when I called for service after discussing with my husband. I would call them in the future.

We called on a Sunday because of a clogged washing machine drain and they came out right away. They do not charge a premium for weekends! The plumber was careful and professional and got things working properly. We could not be happier!

It went ok but he was late. The office did call and let me know he was running late. Once he got there he appeared to have an attitude and was not personable at all.

I figured, being a Sunday, I would have to schedule an appt to get a plumber out to fix a leaking washer and dryer taps and to get an estimate on kitchen sink disposal unit. I called to see what the time frame would be, dreading the call, expecting to be put on hold, when someone answered immediately, asked questions about my situation, being it was my first time calling a plumber, she was very accommodating, set up an appointment for 30-35 minutes, hung up, had a call back less than 3 minutes from original call and they were here within the time frame. The person was very professional and accommodating, fixed and and gave advice on both situations, and was extremely satisfied with cost. Totally made my day!!!!! Washer and dryer are working and do not need to get a new kitchen sink disposal.

I never got any response from my email requesting an estimate.

They have done various work for me including fixing leaks, fixing faucets and installing a new line. I like them because they are reliable, stand behind their work and give you a lifetime warranty on their work as long as you own the house. They are timely and always available. I will use them again in the future.

Roto Rooter came out within an hour of my call. Max was very professional and experienced and wasted no time in assessing the situation and getting to it. I had the same problem about 6 months ago and that plumber had difficulty in getting his snake into my drain due to a 90 degree turn and as a result spent about 2 hours at it. Max got in the first time and rooted out the clog in about 15 minutes. He also told me that the pipes were not broken, but, the incline from the house to the street was extremely shallow (should not have passed inspection). Can't fix that now, but, I'll either run more water down with each flush, or invest in my own snake. Nice that he told me about it. Also, roto rooter was $94 cheaper than the other plumber, a pleasant surprise since I expected to pay the franchise chain more money.

We scheduled our appointment several days in advance. The technician was on time, at the beginning of our requested time window, with the office having called prior to the technician arriving to let us know he was en route. He thoroughly examined and explained the cause of the issues we were having with 2 of our bathroom sink drains and the toilet flushing mechanism. The work was completed in 90 minutes, and the technician made sure we were happy with the work prior to departing. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter in the future and will request the same technician.

Jerry has come to our house several times and he does it right the first time. We are always satisfied with their work. They have no additional charges on night or weekend visits.

Problem may be another cause other than the toilet which would vindicate Roto-Rooter. Let me give them the benefit of the doubt since it was premature of me to call them instead of someone to check the crawl space under the house.....bye-bye $145 (expensive lesson).

I called the dispatcher to set up an appointment. She was very thorough and asked lots of questions. I needed it done at a specific time. She set it up. They called when the tech was on his way to my house. He listened to my partner explain what was happening with the drains, checked everything, gave a 3 tiered estimate of the three options. We chose the middle one and he got to work. He answered all questions and was very professional. I would definitely use them again.H

Overall, very satisfied. They accepted the Angie's list $40 coupon without a problem and that brought the original cost of $225 down to $185.

The dispatch representative explained it would be two hours before an employee would arrive. Someone arrived six hours later. They were not cooperative over the phone. When the employee came to inspect the leak, he need to inspect under the crawl space. He stated it was too dark and requested to return the following day. On sunday, he returned and inspected the leak. He discovered a leak in my outdoor faucet. He made the appropriate repairs. They employee was professional and efficient. However, I was dissatisfied with the communication between I and the dispatch. They set expectations that they couldn't keep.

Our plumber TJ arrived on time, donned his cloth booties to protect our floors inside the hoime and was highly professional, courteous and detail oriented. TJ also took the time to explain in "non-plumber" terms how to help avoid issues like this from re-occuring. Overall, I would have TJ return anytime to provide plumbing services and highly recommend him to others.

The last two times I called them, they examined the contents of the sewage they extracted and decided I had hair in my drain (I have shoulder-length hair, and when I wash my hair, some of it goes down the drain. Duh!). At any rate, they threatened me with my having to pay for a costly camera and video to be taken from the inside of my drain if I called and they found hair in my drain again. This made NO sense to me, since the thing they would be looking for with a camera, I assume, would be a break in the pipe or roots, not hair, and there was no evidence of a break or roots in the pipe. I suppose I should not wash my hair. I don't know how to wash my hair without using water, which goes down the drain. They were not able to explain how I might do that, either. So, I have decided to not pay for a stroll down the pipes of my house, and have changed my plumber to Dolphin Plumbing. I have had no further problems. No threats, no examining of the contents of my drain, no complaints about hair, just blissfully clear and trouble-free drains for over a year! Whereas I was spending approximately 3 times a year with weekend rendevous in 2010 with Roto-Rooter, I have not seen a plumber in a year, now. I love it when a plan comes together!

I called the company by phone and they took my information in a very professional manner and scheduled an appointment, with a two hour window, at the time I requested. The company immediately emailed me to confirm the appointment time. Shortly before the tech arrived, the company called to inform me he was on the way. When they tech arrived he was very polite and professional. After I described my problem he advised me how he could solve the problem and how much the repair was going to cost. He then completed the work in about thirty minutes, explaining the process to me as he went. He then prepared an itemized bill and accepted my credit card as payment. The entire process went very smoothly and I would highly recommend this company to anyone with similar plumbing problems.

I called Roto Rooter at 10:45 PM on a Saturday Night for a clogged main line. They had a plumber to me within the half hour. The plummer was courteous and very knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

Superb -- identified source of problem through use of in-line camera probe -- a break in the city's pipe system, after I had contacted city's emergency service at least 4 times before this incident. City ultimatley sent out their own camera technician, who confirmed the problem. City then replaced the pipe -- took them a couple of months to finish the process, but problem has not reoccured.

Was desperate due to a clogged drain (main line) that was backing up into my bathroom on a Saturday. The answered the phone on the first ring and things only got better from there. The Plummer showed up very quickly, identified the problem and did a complete main line cleaning from the back of the house straight through to the street. He was here for maybe 30 minutes. From the time i called to when they arrived was maybe 3 hours. And afterwards he gave me his work cell so i could call if anything went wrong since he lives nearby. Really great service!
