He did a good job.

He did a great job. He showed up on time. He was courteous and professional. He did a good job after he had given us a fair estimate. The price was appropriate to the work. He called back in a timely manner. He showed up exactly when he was supposed to. He performed the service exactly when he was supoposed to. He completed the job in a timely manner. He cleaned up beautifully after himself. He left no mess at all. I would and have recommended him highly. He was great. I would definitely use him again.

Mr Roscoe did excellent work. When he was done you could not even tell that there was any damage. Price was very good too. Great work ethic. I would definitely use him again.

The project went very well. There was a little work in the hallway that needed to be done and he did that as well without charging me. The price seemed fair and the quality was very good.

Called first thing in the morning, he was there two hours later and job was complete, including textured paint by 3:00pm. Completely satisified. He did a great job. You can't tell that it was ever damaged. Price was a little more than I expected but you pay for what you get. He cleaned up and covered everything. When he left, the area was spotless because he vaccuumed the whole room and took everything with him. Very professional.

He was actually pretty impressive. We were excited to get the job started. We haven't heard back from him, I know he's in the middle of a big project. He was very professional, courteous and he came out at a convenient time for us. We just haven't heard back from him with the quote yet and he knew we were in a time crunch. He seems pretty professional, however I feel like our time schedule just done seem to be matching up and I feel that's part of professionalism. However, at the same time I understand what he's going through. We will hire him if he says he can show up tommorrow.

He did an excellent job. He was very porofessional. He called me back and came out and gave me the estimate. He came back to repair it the day he said he would. My wall has a special design in it and after he finished the work he went back and designed it for me. I didn't have to do anything, it worked out very well. I think the price was fair.

He came out. He was very nice. He told me what he could do. He sent me a quote through the computer. The first one did not come through. I called him up. He sent me another one very quickly. He was very responsive, very punctual and very professional. I noticed that he had a very high rating on Angie’s List which is very important. At the time of the quote, the drywall job was the only thing but I may have some trim work done. It depends. I might use him in the future.

Roscoe James was called in the morning and showed up a couple of hours later. He provided an estimate (the lowest of three estimates), and was prepared to complete the repairs right away. A little over three hours later, he was done and all the repairs looked fabulous. The price I paid for the repairs was acceptable and reasonable. His price beat the competition by $125.00. The other estimates I knew were too much for what I needed done. Roscoe was also the only one of the three who could start and finish the work the same day. Overall outstanding service. I would certainly hire him again!

Mr. James was the only one of three painters I called from list that returned my phone call. He came quickly and was very nice and acted professionally. I told him what I needed done and he gave me a price for the repairs to the ceiling and a price for painting. He told me that he would be out of town for a week but would do the job when he returned. When he returned he came right away. He did the ceiling repair and said he would return to paint in three days. I paid him for repairs as he had asked. I felt he did a good job but was upset with the mess he made coming and going out of house. My brick walkway was covered with white paint shoe prints and splatters. When he returned, he did cover all areas with cloth. The ceiling looked great but all the other areas looked terrible and he did not paint one side of bookcases and did a lousy job on the pass through. I fault myself for not inspecting all areas. I had to leave for a meeting so I wrote the check and left. It was the biggest mess I have ever seen when I returned. Apparently, he did not clean the covers from previous jobs because my floor was full of old paint chips and dust. And more shoe prints were made on my walkway. He is very nice but I would never use him for painting again. He does a good job with plastering, however.

I called and they came out that day to give an estimate and ended up performing the work right then. It took maybe 2 hours and three guys were here to help out. They were very careful around all our furniture and cleaned up the best they could before they left. I will definitely use Roscoe again if I have any plastering needs in the future.

5 weeks late. Did not return phone calls until he was ready to start the job. He did not put down any thing to protect existing floor or central air vents; as a result left homeowner doing approximately 20 hrs additional cleanup and trim work. left undone. He is nice to speak with but is full of excuses and if you are not careful he will overlook the small details, like making a small section of a wall level or at least close. 7 foot by 6 inch section vertical is off at least 1.5 inches near the pocket doors than the other side. Very noticeable, but I didn't see it prior to payment. Also I didn't see that he left 5 trashcans of debris in my backyard that I had to dispose of. Still waiting on my receipt from the end of June. When a contractor is finished with the job it should be ready for next contractor not cleaning up after the previous one.

We set appointment and four days later he showed up right on time. He set up a day to do the work. He arrived promptly. He did the work in the time that was estimated. He cleaned up and I would give the work an A plus, he did an excellent job.

Had water damage from hurricane that went unnoticed for sometime in an unused bedroom. When we decided redecorate this room as a TV room for our son we realized there was extensive damage. Called Roscoe James and set up an appointment for an estimate. He showed up early for the appointment. Gave us a fair estimate and was prepared to do the work immediately. The repairs were done within two hours and the workmanship was phenomenal. The walls were textured and we couldn't tell where the repairs ended and the old wall began. For days after my husband wandered in there to take another look. The workers were friendly and polite and I plan on using them again in the future.

Roscoe returned our call promptly, showed up right on time on Saturday morning, and did excellent work. The price quoted included the 10 problem areas that we identified up front plus any others that either of us noticed while he was there (and he found several.) He was very careful to protect our flooring and furniture and cleaned up completely when he was done. We would hire him again without hesitation and strongly recommend him to others. In addition to being a skilled professional, he is also a good person.

Roscoe did an awesome job! I was very pleased with the results and can't say enough good things about his work.

Mr. James was prompt in coming to give an estimate. He was able to commit to doing the work the next week; he arrived on time and very efficiently and courteously performed the work along with his assistant, Anthony.

Called Mr. James at 8 AM this morning; he returned my phone call at 8:15 AM, and indicated he would be by the house before 5:00 PM that day. He arrived promptly, and after reviewing the damage, provided a very fair cost for the job. After we agreed to the price, Mr. James started right to work; completing the job in about 1 hours. Throughout, he was scrupulous about the quality of his work, and in making sure the plaster remained on his drop cloth. I would recommend Mr. James without hesitation - he was responsive, executed the job professionally, and priced his job fairly.

The experience was great from beginning to end. Roscoe has a great, gregarious personality, is very responsive, professional and punctual. His plaster work is some of the best I have seen. He was very careful and very neat before, during and after. He was also very pleasant and respectful to my wife and family.

My overall experience was great. They were on time, very professional and their work is excellent. I would hire them again in a minute, without a second thought.

I needed this done and Roscoe James gave me an estimate and stuck to it. He was a good hard worker that was very trustworthy. He did the whole job in 5-6 hours and looked really good. He cleaned up every single thing when he finished.
