I had some some furniture stains (one was red based Dr. Pepper) that needed to be cleaned. I contacted my furniture warranty company and they arranged for Pro Clean to perform the service. The same day I contacted the warranty company, they contracted with Pro Clean, and Billy, the owner, contacted me immediately. They were able to schedule my service for the following day between 11 and 1. Their technician, David, showed up at approx. 11:45 and set right to work. He was able to COMPLETELY remove the Dr. Pepper stains, as well as the other minor stains. He did not just clean the stain areas, he cleaned the entire couch so that I did not have a and quot;clean spotsand quot; in the middle of the furniture. When finishing up the couch, he even hit the small spill-over Dr. Pepper stain that was on the carpet which was not part of the contract job he arrived for and did not charge me for it! Talk about great customer service!!!! Based on how well the work went, and David's super friendly personality, at the end of the job he arrived for, I asked for a quote on some carpet and tile cleaning. He will be returning to perform those jobs for me in two weeks (my scheduling request, they could have performed the service sooner). It was a pleasure doing business with Pro Clean, and they definately earned my future business!

They'll definitely come back if you're not satisfied at no extra charge. They also use air cleaners, and even let me borrow one for 3-4 weeks in an empty home to try to get a dog smell out at no extra cost!

We are very pleased with their work. They do a wonderful job. I have used them many times before.

They are a good company. The inspector came out first to check over the areas and came afterwards to inspect and to be sure that the job was done properly. The inspector was very nice and efficient. The only problem was with the service tech, he was pretty sloppy and seemed to be in a hurry and he seemed very tired.

Pro Clean did an amazing job. I just loved their services. They were very nice and polite from start to finish. I enjoyed the fact that they moved my furniture and came back to put it in its place after the carpets dried. I thought that was very nice of them. Most companies do not come back upon leaving. My carpets look great and you would not believe how fast they dried. It was just a great experience that I would not mind experiencing again.

Pro Clean got almost all of the stains out of our carpets and they showed up when they were suppose to. I have used these guys a couple of times in the past and they have always done a good job for me. My carpets looked good when they were done.
