We've used Plumbing Unlimited for several different jobs, and they've given us no reason to consider anyone else. This is what I've found to be consistent in every job: they clearly communicate all options, work with you to stay within your budget, and are quick to respond. At least twice now we have called the office at night and had a plumber come out first thing in the morning. Tony, Lamont and Corey have earned our trust for their fair and affordable prices, solid work and commitment to the customer. I don't think you'll regret giving them a shot.

They are very responsive and I thought the pricing was very fair.

These guys were great! Very professional, courteous and respectful to me and my family. Their quote was $150 less than anybody else while their work ethic was that of someone paid twice as much. I would highly recommend Plumbing Unlimited to anyone who is looking for a good plumber.

Tony from Plumbing Unlimited is a master plumber who is very knowledgable about remodeling bathrooms. He took the time to listen to what we wanted in our bathroom remodel to prepare our house for sale. He didn't try to sell us on any extra bells & whistles. Tony helped us come up with a plan that fit our needs and our budget. Tony's crew was polite, professional and took extra care to keep the worksite tidy. They showed up on time, got the job done in two days, and it looks fantastic. It was a pleasure to do business with Tony. We highly recommend Plumbing Unlimited to anyone who wants to remodel a bathroom, or just needs a quality plumber.

Getting the appointment lined up for the next day was a little hard. Once that was done the technician doing the job called prior to arriving. Pricing was done on an hourly charge and all work was done within the hour. There was some time left in the in hour and the technician was able to complete another toilet repair that I was going to do myself. Very satisfied with the service call.

Excellent service and resposiveness. Full disclosure, my DIY toilet install was unsuccessful. The technician, Lamont, was highly professional and completely explained how he addressed the problem and gave me some pointers, including a video of his work, if I ever want to try a toilet install again (probably not). Price was reasonable, especially for a Saturday.

They were excellent. I'm an engineer, so its hard to exceed my expectations and I truly do the hyper-analysis on contractor quotes, scope of services and performed work. Plumbing Unlimited was very straightforward about what needed to be done, recommended a little extra replacement that was well worth the investment and did the work for an excellent price. They squeezed me in their schedule to accommodate the contractual obligations of closing on my house. Honest, good work.

John was able to come and diagnose the problem sooner than anticipated . It turned out to be the hot water heater, they set a time and date to come and install . They came on time, very pleasant, professional and efficient! I highly recommend this company!

I hired another company to come out, but they did not seem to want to do the work and encouraged me to get other quotes, so I called Plumbing Unlimited. I'm so glad I did! There were easy to work with, came out the next day and repaired the drain line under the house where rats had chewed through. They were done in about 3 hours and price was fair. They had to cut a whole in my drywall and even cleaned up the drywall dust before they left. Highly recommend Plumbing Unlimited.

We obtained a couple of estimates to have a new gas line installed under our house for a range. Both quotes were higher than expected, but we hired Tony's company to do the work and after seeing what it really took to do it, think the cost was reasonable. Tony and his team were very professional yet easy to work with, got back to us quickly, and did the work when promised. We're very experienced DIY homeowners, and they also did the highest quality work we've ever seen. If you need plumbing work, this company is highly recommended.

I did not expect him to install the new toilet but he did. Couldn't be happier. Had family coming into town that weekend so Tony was a life saver. Labor rate was a little more than I expected but well worth the trouble and the last minute call.

Everything went great from the start. Tony came out and inspected the job around my schedule at 7:30 in the evening. He quoted the price and we set the time for the service. He showed up on time and they placed a drop cloth on carpet. The guys Assisting were polite and professional. Tony even shored up an expansion tank just to save me future issues. Great overall experience. I highly recommend him!

They did an estimate of time and production and were able to remain within his estimate. His work was good and I would be glad to use him or recommend him in the future.

Though we are renters and I do not know the cost of service, we were so impressed with this company that I was compelled to write a review. Tony was incredibly accommodating as we were unable to use our kitchen sink and he got to us the same day. Prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. I would absolutely recommend them and use them for any future plumbing needs.

Great..Tony was professional and reasonably priced. He was prompt and worked with me and my tenants to complete job.

I called and left message Monday early in the day and received a call back stating that Tony would give me a call by the end of the day to schedule an appointment. My issue was not a serious one (long overdue faucet replacement), so I asked for them to just get back to me when it was convenient for them. Tony called later that afternoon and told me that he could supply faucet or I could buy my own. I opted to buy my own and he said we could aim for Wednesday morning, but for me to let him know when I get the part since sometimes they have to be ordered. On Tuesday I went to Noland and bought Delta (he suggested Noland and the ladies there were very helpful). I let Tony know that I had the part and was told he would be there early Wednesday about 8:30AM. Later Tuesday afternoon I got a call from Tony's associate, John, stating that if I was home he was in the area and could install the faucet that day or we can keep Wednesday morning appointment. He did not pressure me at all. I opted for him to install it Tuesday. He was not here very long. Maybe an hour or so. He not only installed faucet, but also supplied and installed hot and cold water R/a Stops for kitchen faucet water supply. The faucet looks beautiful, he cleaned up everything, and was very polite. My sons were very curious and kept popping in the kitchen and asking questions and John was very nice about talking to them (although I kept trying to shuffle them out of the room. Ha, ha!) I would definitely recommend them. I will be using them again if the need arises. For the record, the ladies at Noland said that Tony was a wonderful person to work with and since they see a lot of people in that field, I believe that says a lot. :)

My neighbor on the first floor was complaining about a leak through his ceiling and I could not find the source so after calling several businesses Tony was the only one who was able to visit without charging me for inspection. Tony was able to come in on a Saturday and arrived within the time frame he stated. Though he had to drill a hole in my neighbor's ceiling he found the source of the leak from my washing machine and tightened the valves. The whole work took 1 hour, mostly waiting for the water to drain in the ceiling. He was also able to give me a reference for Plaster Repair. Definitely will call him again for any future repairs.

The two men were thoroughly professional. The job involved working in the bathroom as well as cutting a hole in our bedroom wall to install a valve. They did everything surprisingly quickly -- only about an hour and a half -- and quietly. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything exactly as it had been when they arrived. And we even got a discount.

Provider was called because we had a water stain on our kitchen ceiling and we knew there was a problem somewhere in the upstairs bathroom. Provider removed a portion of the ceiling to determine where the leak was coming from and determined it was the toilet. Provider determined the flange on the toilet was not flush with the floor which was causing the leak. The problem occurred over time due to the floor being upgraded from linoleum to tile and the flange was not built up flush with the new floor. The provider built up the flange by extending the existing one and re-set the toilet. He then provided us with the name of a plasterer to repair the hole in the ceiling. Provider gave us a 20% discount on labor for using Angie's List. Provider was very professional and our problem was fixed within 24 hours of making the call. Job well done!!

The plumbers were personable, prompt, and very helpful. They went out of their way to have my gas reconnected in a timely manner. The Natural gas company only found 1 leak at the meter. That was replaced, sealed, and painted by the plumbers. Unfortunately, I had to wait on the city to come out and respect their work, and release the red tag. The city inspector did so but when the gas company came back out to remove the red tag, locks, and reignite the appliances, he found another leak at the HVAC "gas pack". The company asked me to call them if there were any issues, I did and they spoke with the gas tech. Although they need to close on a job the following day, they showed up bright and early to fix the additional leak. I was very pleased with the company and its employees. They were extremely respectful, informative, and helpful. I would use hen again and recommend Plumbing Unlimted to my friends.
