Performance was on time, very professional and very reasonably priced. I have already recommended them to others with immediate plumbing needs.

I called Performance Plumbing around 9 o’clock on a Friday morning. I explained to the receptionist, Mallory, that we had a water leak in our foundation and I wanted to talk with someone about finding and fixing the leak. She said I needed to talk with Chris but that he wasn’t in so she would transfer me to his voicemail and he’d call me back. By 2 o’clock that afternoon I had not heard from Chris so I called back and Mallory told me that Chris was out of the office and probably wouldn’t call until Monday, but she would contact him then to have him call me. He didn’t call. Monday rolled around and by mid-morning I still had not heard from Chris, so I called the office again. This time Mallory told me that Chris was back but not really back and asked if I wanted to leave another voicemail for him. Chris never called me. No one ever returned my calls.

Very professional and courteous service!! The crew that came out was on time, friendly and knowledgeable!!! Everyone I dealt with from the office staff to the work crew was friendly and eager to please!! The work was done right the first time and the price was more than reasonable!! It’s so refreshing to find a a company that takes pride in their work! I will definitely use them again!!!

Great. In spite of odor, drains were tight with no signs of problems. Mike checked all the drains in the craw space, not just the one I suspected. Service call fee was surprisingly reasonable ..... would like to take them to Hawaii next time I have a problem there.....would be less expensive flying them to Maui than using a local company!

Without knowing the full scope of the repair, I was given options with pricing. Upon accessing the sewer line, it became apparent that the repair was less than anticipated and Mike was honest, open, and offered a better option with a price adjustment. His men were polite, professional, hard working, and the job they did was more than I expected. I highly recommend this company, especially after interviewing a half dozen companies. Performance Plumbing struck me as a company I could trust. I have NO complaints, only high praise!

I was told that the problem was not caused by my plumbing. I was grateful for the honesty and the fact that I was not given a false statement just to generate business. What the plumber did not know was that I owned other property and because of their honesty I am calling him back to fix a drainage problem I know does exist!!!

Joe at JGM did a great job of the install. I was very pleased with the service that I got and I will certainly use him again when I update my other bath. He did a great job of getting the job done in a timely manner with superior results. The quality of the work that was done was top notch. The only minor complaint was getting an inital start date locked down. It was a little slower than I would have liked, but it is because Joe is a hands on person and is not sitting at a desk, he is out making sure that the job gets done right. Since he is out and about, I gave him so room since I was happy with the services. If you use JGM, you can be assured you are going to get quality results. Thanks Joe, I will call again when I updated the other bath.

They were able to give me a next day appointment. They called me ahead of time and showed up right on time. Joey was very friendly and did a great job.

The reason I hired them in the first place is because of their pricing. They offered such great prices, I could not pass up. The pricing to replace my old toilets was just awesome. I was impressed with the short amount of time it took to fix my leak and install three toilets. The guy worked really fast and kept it professional at the same time. All the work got done the right way without any hassles or extras tacked on.
