It went wonderfully. Mary is a genius at design and working with people. She took a lot of time working with us to make sure our design was correct. She was extremely professional and patient as we worked though all of the details of the project. When designing the kitchen, she went though all of the options with cabinet insides. In addition to redesigning the kitchen, we replaced carpet elsewhere in the house. Mary made a daunting task approachable and fun. I cannot recommend the whole team at Paneling Factory enough.

Products are good, they were always on time and professional. Easy to work with.

The general contractor we hired to renovate our kitchen uses The Paneling Factory as their cabinet supplier. We had numerous discussions with their “designer” to discuss options, colors, configurations, etc. within our budget. One of the things we really wanted was soft close drawer mechanisms. Before the final decision was made on the order I looked at the designer and said, “Now, these all come with soft close drawers, right?” He looked at me and said “Yes”. So, we left there feeling very good about the order. Well, when the cabinets arrived at our house there were no soft close drawer mechanisms. I went back to the store and he said he didn’t recall that discussion. So, our general contractor discussed options with the owner and their solution was for us to pay for the upgrade. Since the designer told us our cabinets came with that option it seems to me it would be part of the price. It’s a poor business that tries to make the customer pay for their employee’s mistakes. The new pantry design they developed has proven to be very difficult to use. I would suggest you find a real kitchen designer to assist with cabinet selection. We’re not satisfied with the designer or the owner and will never use them for anything again.

There have a wide variety so I think they will be able to appeal to different price levels. There were really good about getting me 17.30 and sending me things via e-mail.

The workers were excellent and the job was done without any delays. The area was prepped and leveled beautifully so the tiles are level and secure. Three years later, the floor is in excellent condition. Well worth the money.

It went wonderfully. The Paneling Factory staff was extremely helpful. Everyone with whom we dealt was very well-informed, friendly, and not pushy. The quality of the materials was excellent, as well.
