Money was paid, dates were provided, as well as instructions that any date would be fine if I did not need to be home. No contact from service provider until Angie's List made aware of the lack of response.

I will probably end up using them. They were quick, they were polite. I just wasn't ready to do the business yet. Overall they were excellent so far, their price is right in range I thought it would be. I did a lot of research online before it came to that point. When it came up to that point they did everything they promised me. Right in the price range I expected, not $4,000 over.

It was fine. I paid an extra $100. Once they said they were coming, they were punctual. They said that the deal included a downspout, one length, but my house is two story so they said it needed 2 lengths. So they had to charge me an extra $25 per downspout because I had a 2 story house, which their thing could have said that in the beginning, but it didn't. They completed it in less than a day. They could improve by being responsive for when they're coming. It took, oh I don't know where they were, they were... They didn't answer calls for like 3 or 4 weeks, and then when I finally got somebody, they said well we were out of town. And then she said, I finally got a lady, well my husband is going to come by and look at it. And then 2 weeks later they still hadn't come. And then when they finally got here, I mean they did the work fine. It was just trying to get them here was a nightmare.

Both Rob and Corey are great! Rob is the best of the best in performing trim and siding around my house. He arrived 10 - 15 minutes earlier everyday (5 days work) and worked diligently while he was here. He took pride in what he was doing. I especially likes his artistic talent when he does trim. He found lots of rotten wood around the garage door. He went above and beyond to accommodate his schedule with the garage door replace contractor. It is very impressive! Corey is great as well. He replaced seamless gutter around my house. We requested him to adjust the length of several downspouts after installation was completed. He immediately performed the work without any complain. Thank you, Rob and Corey! We are really satisfied with their work and definitely will use this company again.

I would highly recommend Murray Home Improvement if you need a new roof. I had 3 roofing companies give me an estimate and Kevin Murray had the most reasonable. However I don't decide on a service based solely on price. I had some roof repair done previously by Kevin so I knew he was honest, reliable and did good work. After the hurricane we could not put off getting a new roof any longer so I called Murray Home Improvement. The crew was professional and courteous and the new roof is beautiful! They cleaned up the house and surrounding area afterwards and there wasn't a single nail or old shingle to be seen.

These guys are fantastic. I called a different company first who showed up almost two hours after our set estimate appointment time. The next day they completely flaked out TWICE. So, I researched and found Murray Home Improvements. I called at 8:30 PM on a Saturday night and Victoria answered the phone ( I was expecting to leave a voicemail and hear back Monday). She was so professional and responsive to our need for help. I texted her all the info. Cory showed up within a day, exactly on time for the assessment. He finished within just a few minutes and later that day I had a quote for nearly $200 less than the flaky guys. They were able to come do the repair the next day. They were fast but cautious and took care in their work. They were very nice to my two little boys who were watching them work. All around, a professional group of people who do good work at a very fair price. I will be using them again! Thanks Murray's :)

Kevin and Victoria were an absolute pleasure to work with. Excellent communication with them and Kevin really cares about his quality of work and wants you to be happy in the end. If you're not, he'll fix it and make it right. I couldn't be happier, I wanted a high quality roof with the GAF warranty and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. You can't beat the warranty and price!

Great company to deal with. We had seen 2 new roofs replaced by Murray on our street. We got 6 estimates and their's was the most reasonable. To our delight they became GAF certified before work began which means we got a great warranty. They performed the work when they said they would and cleaned behind themselves. Kevin and Victoria were a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We were kept informed every step of the way. Our new roof looks great!

Busy post storm period, so scheduling was short notice, but still made it before additional rain came, were courteous in person and on the phone, gave a fair price and did good work. Paperwork was exchanged on email, which is very convenient if you're computer savvy.

Called Murray Home Improvements, even though very busy Kevin came out next day to evaluate repair. Repair completed two days after evaluation. Fast and professional, all old roofing shingles cleaned up, repair work done quickly.

The work is incredible, I am so pleased with everything! Rob, Kevin, and Corey were great! Rob was flexible and easy to work with, he talked me through everything and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them for any home improvements and would not hesitate to call them for a future projects.

Murray's Home Improvements did an outstanding job. From the initial estimate to job completion there was active and prompt communication. They were quick to answer any questions that I had and addressed all my concerns. They arrived when they stated they would and cleaned up after doing an excellent job. They filed my warranty immediately and have great customer service. I am already coordinating with them to have more work done.

Murrays is excellent, they did an outstanding job. I would re-hire them in a minute. They replaced all the damaged wood, rebuilt skylight housing, then installed brand new Skylight that even opens to let fresh air blow in. They did all this in under 6 hrs. Including taking away all the bad wood and shingles. Very polite and professional, even my dogs liked them (which says a lot). I received 6 bids for this job and most wanted to replace my whole roof (BS). You can trust this company to give you an honest bid.

Murrays was outstanding. They repaired all the damaged roofing (rafter, sheathing, shingles and wood around skylight. Then installed new skylight and cap. Skylight even opens to let fresh air blow in. Murrays did all this 6hrs, They cleaned up as they worked, took all bad wood, old skylight and shingles away. After not getting a response from their website quote request page, I decided to call. I spoke with a lady and told her I was looking to get about a dozen shingles replaced on my detached garage. She said she wasn't sure on the price but thought it was $225 or $250. I mentioned I saw an ad on their website that quoted $175. She said she was unaware of that but would call me back later that afternoon with more info. She did not return my call. I called the following morning again inquiring about getting the shingles replaced. She said she would pass a message to a gentlemen and that he would call me back that afternoon. No one called. So, we went with another contractor. I would not recommend Murray's simply because their customer service is non-existant.

When they inspected the roof, they showed me where a couple of more shingles were missing on the other side of the roof and did not charge me any more than what they quoted over the phone. The price was great and I was very impressed with their promptness, professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work. I will call them back for any work I need done.

We hired this crew upon recommendation from family in Virginia Beach. They came out to my home outside of Richmond and did a complete exterior makeover, in brutal heat and finished in a week. The entire crew was professional and polite (our neighbors even commented on how hard they worked and how quiet they were). The house looks amazing and we have gone from just another sad house on the block to the nicest house on the block. On a scale of 1 to 10 we give these guys a 100 and would gladly have them back out to work on our home again.

A large tree in our front yard was struck by lightning and split in half during a thunderstorm. A large branch (approximately half the trunk) fell on our house causing extensive damage to our roof and attic. The damage made our home unlivable. Murray Home Improvements had the tree removed and our roof safely tarped the same day I called them before I got home from work! They repaired all of our damages and replaced our entire roof in a very timely manner. Kevin and his staff have been incredibly polite, personable, and professional during every interaction we have had with them. Victoria helped us through working with the insurance company and developing a payment plan that was comfortable for our budget. She really alleviated all of my worries throughout the entire ordeal. Kevin and Victoria are always available for any of our questions and continue to be flexible and accommodating with our needs. My husband and I are very pleased with the work completed by and experience we have had with Murray Home Improvements. I highly recommend Murray Home Improvements for any of your home repair needs. I definitely plan to continue to use them for all of my home improvement needs.

I called and he came out the next day. he went up on the roof were other people that came out just walked around the house.he was very polite and trustworthy.he gave me the best price of all estimates we received. he ordered the shingles and within a week he and his crew were out to do the job. he and his crew were very nice and polite .they did a great job. they always made sure they cleaned up before they left for the day. we would highly recommend murray construction to anyone.

They did a great job. Communications were excellent and even though it was a fairly large job they completed everything in one day. At the end of the day, the property was just like they found it, except I had a new roof. The price was fair and I would definitely use their services again.
