+ -1 moreWe've been very pleased with their monitoring service. They call quickly if the alarm goes off. They even call if the batteries are low or if we have a power outage. They will call our cell phone if necessary to check on us. We've used them for 10 years now. They also have good customer service. We pay $16 per month.
