Ms. Sparkle Shimmer & Shine

This is my second time using this service and the first time the two owners came and was wonderful. I couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. They even cleaned the windows and the blinds. This time that sent a couple that had just started with them and didn't have all their product and wasn't trained by them. It was a complete waste of my money and time. The cleaners cleaned not one of the fixtures, under my bed the dust still remained, the mirrors and kitchen cabinets were smeared with the products. The floors was the worst and had small spots on them. When I asked her about a spot in the kitchen she told me it was tar. I immediately scraped it up with my finger nail. We don't walk in our home with shoes on so I knew it wasn't anything that was unremovable. I had a contractor over to look at my master bathroom and the cleaner interrupted us to offer her number because she knew a painter. I didn't mention to her that I needed a painter I just told the contractor that my painter was great but he was pricey. She also called me downstairs to show me a defect in my tile because she said her husband lays tile. I didn't need to know that nor did care I just wanted my house clean properly. They completely missed the laundry room and she blamed not being able to pick up the stuff on the floor because her vacuum was broke. (Well ask me for mine!!!) when I told her about the crumbs in the kitchen she walked in an picked them up and said ok we are finished!!! WOW!! When they left the house didn't have that just cleaned smell. I am so disappointed at the service I receive and also the response that I got from the owner when I told her what happened. She said she didn't know one bathroom would be dirtier than the other. I never told her my house was spotless. I told her that they would not have to organize or move anything because I don't have any clutter anywhere. I recommend that if you use this company only let the owner Ms. Linda. I hired Ms. Linda last year to clean my downstairs only and she came on time with her co-owner and two gentleman. They cleaned everything spotless and had all their own products. At the time my house was dusty and when they left I couldn't find any dust anywhere. I was very impressed because I've had had cleaner before but never like them. I hired her company again in expectations of receiving the same excellent service. This time I called her at the last minute and had already cleaned prior to her scheduling me because I didn't know if she could fit me in. I wanted them to deep clean again basically areas I missed like blinds, fixtures and fans, Windows, floors, etc. She sent to cleaners a husband and wife team. This entire service was a complete waste of my money. Everywhere they claimed to clean was still dirty when they left. I never cleaned my hardwood floors and EVERY spot was still there. The mirrors had smears in them. The cabinets was smeared with the furniture polish like they wasn't wiped evenly. I had a contractor over looking at my master bath and the cleaning lady interrupted our conversation to offer her number because she knew a painter. Also, she called me downstairs to show me a defect in my tile because her husband lays tile. I really didn't care to have her advise on any of these issues but I kindly said thank you. They forgot to clean the laundry room and the kitchen floor had the same crumbs under the table before she started. I pointed the kitchen floor out to her and she stated it was her vacuum. But if you vacuumed and mopped surley the mop would get the crumbs. She came in and picked the crumb up with her hands and I paid her and she left. It was no need to go back and forth with this cleaner who had missed so many areas. Other than the interruptions she was professional and stated she only had been working there two weeks. I contacted the owner and she responded and said that she didn't know when she booked that one of my bathrooms would be cleaner than the other. (My son bathroom wasn't cleaned prior) Ms. Linda also stated that I had construction dust in my house. That was a story her cleaner told her because I told her that I had my kitchen done a few months ago. If it was some dust it was in kitchen window. I was shocked at the response the owner gave me about the dust and bathroom even when I told her all the other things the cleaner had done. I scheduled for a deep clean not a spot cleaning. I had already done that. I will never hire this company again and if you do ONLY let the two owners clean your home no expections! There help is nothing like them!!

They did a great job and now I have them coming back every two weeks to keep it maintained.
