House cleaning 1500 sqft house three people three hours |What was cleaned was done well but under beds etc was not done I was satisfied with what they did -

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was not as good as some other service I have recently had. Their work was okay, but I found they did not dust come things and places. They also were in a rush. They kept postponing their service and pushing it back. Their price was reasonable.

I purchased a coupon for a deep cleaning but when they arrived, I was informed that for a first visit they would only work for two hours, so I needed to select what I wanted done. The cleaning was adequate but certainly did not reach the level of deep cleaning. I asked them to concentrate on bathrooms and kitchen and I still had to dust over the bathroom mirror, dust ceiling fans, and wipe out the inside of the microwave after they left. I would not have been disappointed in the work if I hadn't been expecting a deep clean as stated in the coupon. On the plus side, however, the two people who did they cleaning were very friendly and professional.

Ms Perfection performed a deep clean on my empty home upon completion of a move out. They were on time and thorough. They also rescheduled me at the last minute in order to prepare for tenants moving in. They showed up with two people and their own equipment. I was very happy with their service.

We purchased this deal because with little free time after working we do not have the time to do much more than basic house cleaning. We needed someone to come in and handle the deeper cleaning of items like baseboards, dust over picture frames, door and window frames, cabinet bases, etc. Once we purchased the deal we were directed by our certificate to go to the service's web site to schedule an appointment. We filled out the web form in pretty good detail with information about our home and the best times/days for an appointment. Shortly after we rec'd a brief email from the service wanting to set up an appointment at a completly different day/time that we requested. It was apparent that contact was doing business from their cell phone. It took several emails before we could schedule a good time but we finally did. The two workers (one Man & one Woman) arrived on time, were very friendly and fairly professional. However, they told me that they were only planning to work for two hours. We explained that this was an Angie's list deal and there was no time specified. I gave them the coupon and they said nothing more about a time limit and went right to work. It seemed like they kept busy cleaning although the lady seemed much more into it than the fellow. But we were not really looking at details and tried to just stay out of their way. Two hours after they started they told us that they had been told to only clean for two hours and I would have to call the office to schedule any more. After they left we found that the deep cleaning was not quite as thorough as we thought it would be. I think they were attempting to complete the home within the two hours so rushed many details. Our home is 2700 square feet with is good sized but not over-sized. A good job should have taken at least 4-5 hours. This was supposed to be a $250.00 value so more time and care should have been allocated. The cleaning service has also been running a Groupon special advertised as a two hour $150.00 value special for $39.00. If i wanted only two normal cleaning hours I would have purchased that instead of the Angie's List deal. We were hoping to find a cleaning service that we could use every few months for a deep cleaning. We will continue looking.

Ms. Perfection Cleaning Services did a pretty good job. They went over about 10 minutes but if I had the rest of the upstairs for them to clean, they never would have finished. You can't expect them to do all the sides of your hour, mine is about 2,300 square feet. For $55, I was totally happy. My bathrooms are clean, my bedroom was done thoroughly, my kitchen floor and wood floors were clean. She did my stainless steel appliances and the bathroom was clean. They just missed some things but the workers were good. They were very, very diligent.

Two ladies showed up a little late because they couldn't find my house. They went right to work and I left the house for them to clean. When I came home the house was clean but not as good and I would want when I'm paying somebody to do it. I have used another company called MaidPro and they did a much better job but were way more expensive. I think I'm gonna go back to them.

Purchased service contract for 2 hours of deep cleaning for $55 on 9/23, and the certificate promised call back within 24 hours. I called, emailed, each time leaving messages, to no avail. On the initial purchase, they asked for 3 proposed times for service to be performed, which I gave, but I am not sure why they or I bothered. I do not think they even looked at it, or any of the information that was left. I finally received a phone call back last night, at 6pm, during the middle of our dinner. Brenda was unable to confirm any of my communications because she was at home, yet she was able to book my appointments. That was fishy as well. Then she tried to tell me an email was sent. I have been watching my email and spam, and work IT for a living. I have proof of my emails and communication, and asked her to resend me the email she was supposed to have sent me, which she has not done. This company is a scam.

Awful awful awful. The owner (Brenda Vaughan) is rude, unprofessional, and has no regard for other people's time. Avoid this provider like the plague. Ms. Perfection was supposed to arrive between 12-1. At 1:01, I called to find out where they were, and the owner said, "The girls must be running late." So I asked, "Exactly how late are we talking?" Her response was, "I don't know. They haven't called me yet." When I reminded her of my 12-1 appointment window, she said, "That's just a guesstimate. That's not an exact appointment time." I told her not to bother sending her girls because I was no longer interested in her service.

They were supposed to contact me and set up an appointment within a couple days of purchasing. It has now been a week, and I have not heard a word from them.

They did a great job. I scheduled the day that I wanted them to come via email with less than a week's notice and they came on time, calling me about 30 minutes prior to let me know they were on their way. They took about an hour and a half to clean my 1900 sq ft home and did a great job (I had them skip 2 bedrooms that we had just refinished floors in). I would hire them again.

It went very well! Both workers were busy hard at work the second they got to my house and were very friendly I think they did a great job and the price was great I would use them again

The service provider was very friendly and flexible, but just not available when I needed the service performed.

I purchased a big deal from her. She was very nice and tried to schedule an appointment within my time frame but I would have been at work. I used someone else for the services.

I thought they were very thorough and timely.

iableiable Povider did not dust as well as they should have. the house had been renter and had not been cared for as well as it should have . Kitchen and bath were not cleaned as well as posisble. However one of the workers was sick,which may have caused this.

I have mixed feelings about this service. They advertised a DEEP CLEANING service - $250 value for $75.00. Two people came out to do the job. When we came home, there were many discrepancies - areas that were not cleaned/furniture not dusted. I called Brenda to complain, sending her pictures of what was left undone. She did contact me and had the same crew come back the next day. When I questioned the crew on what was supposed to be done, one of the girls told me that the owner told them to come in and just do a basic 2 hour surface cleaning - sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting - which was not even done well. I asked them if that normally cost $250.00 and they said absolutely not. If you are purchasing this BIG DEAL, you are not getting what you think you are getting. On the flip side, they did return and do everything that I asked them to and what I thought was going to be done from the beginning.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. I would recommend them.

I didn't really care for them. They didn't do a really good job in cleaning. They wiped down but they didn't clean as I expected. The work wasn't very thorough. I think the first cleaning was like $85 and then after that I believe it was $70.

They did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond what I expected. They cleaned with great detail. I had pulled up rugs in the bathroom and they put them back. They asked if they could do additional appliances. They vacuumed the whole home. We have a master bedroom with mirrored closet doors. I was in the bathroom one day and noticed that she had cleaned my doors which I never asked them to do so. I have a sticker on the door from my granddaughter and she left the sticker - which I thought was so compassionate as she must have realized that it was sentimental. I can't say enough about them and they deserve an A+. I will use them from now on.

I called to make an appointment. There was no answer or answering machine. I called again & was able to leave a message. I called a third time & was able to reach her. At this time she told me that the deal - which I'd just purchased - had been expired for a long while & she was no longer honoring it. She told me to contact Angie's List for a refund, which I did.

They come twice a week, and I think that they are doing a pretty good job. They have only come six times so far. They don't always catch everything, but if you point it out they will go back. I feel they are doing a good job. They seem to be very busy. When I need to reschedule it can be difficult to do. I wish I had the same people every time. They do respond quickly when you call them. They work very hard while they are here. They have good people working for them. They gave me an estimate and they charge by the hour. I would recommend them I think they are very good cleaners.

I have been using them for years. The cleaning crew is trained. They are flexible with using your products. If something is not done, you just need to mention it to them and they fix it before they leave. They do a great job. They always let me know if they will run late, however I have never really had a problem with them being punctual.

They provide good service are efficient and trust worthy.
