Packers arrived on time and got to work. They took two days to pack our house. The movers arrived when scheduled and started the move. All went well until I noticed that they didnt shrink wrap my new white linen sofa sectional! It was covered in dirt and dust. I had told the company that they MUST wrap the sectional but they forget to tell the movers. That was the first and only issue that day. The movers were excellent and I would like to commend them. The huge problem started the next day when I began to unpack. I could go on and on about how horrible the packing was! Heavy boxes that had another families name on them due to being used before and identified for them ended up in wrong parts of our house...heavy boxes for the kitchen ended up in the upstairs bedroom. Bathroom stuff ended up in the garage. Boxes labelled completely wrong due to the packers not marking over the previous move....Husband military dress uniformed packed into a small box with toilet paper on top!! Weird. Large turkey roaster on top of my clothes! The list goes on and on. I emailed the company due to missing undergarments went unanswered..phone calls to come and pick up boxes went unanswered. On a good note the company deducted $300 so I can have my sectional cleaned. That was decent of them. I would hire this company to do the move but I would do my own packing.....:)

Two months later and I am still awaiting a response from my claims adjuster. The company was easy to work with in the sale and had a competitive price. However, once the sale was made, it was all downhill from there. The movers that came were definitely not the "A" team. They damaged my walls in multiple areas and left scratches in two areas on my wood floors. It took me a day of painting, wall repair and applying a wood floor polymer overlay to hide the scratches. Based on the incredibly poor quality of the move out process, I knew I needed to do this myself because I did not trust the company to respond. I did not want their mistakes to impact my sales price and believe me, it would have. I had to stop the driver from loading my TV stand into a personal vehicle rather than the moving truck. He claimed that he was confused about what I was moving and what I was giving away. When I got to Phoenix, there was a lot of damage to my possessions. It was unfortunate that I was not there when the boxes were delivered. Fragile boxes were beneath boxes of books, almost no boxes were in the rooms that were indicated on the labels . . . bright colored labels . . . and many of the boxes were smashed. There was damage to my artwork and to my furniture as well as broken dishes. The work was very poorly done and to date, after two months since my claims submission and multiple phone calls, I have gotten no responses about restitution for the damages to my possessions. I don't even have a contact to provide all of the photo evidence of the damage. The responsiveness and the quality for this move were terrible.
