I stopped by their shop last week only to find the front door sign indicating that they were closed for an hour lunch. Seriously, who does that in the middle of business hours when volume in that area would normally be high? I did not let this deter me as I accepted their policy. I called them a few days later. The first lady was very pleasant and forwarded me to another gentleman, I believe his name was Chris. He may have been the owner, but I am not sure. He was initially direct, but progressed to rudeness as the conversation continued. I kindly asked him if I had somehow offended him. His response was no more customer-friendly. At this point I simply chose to end the discussion and informed him that I could not do business with someone behaving toward their customers with that attitude. I have since contacted another metal fabrication shop and will positively review their incredible customer focus separately. Life is too short to deal with this individual attitudes like this. I will not use this shop again.
