+ -1 moreDan called me when he was in route to the house so I would know about when to expect him. He wasted no time, fixing the small leaks first then tackled the job in the master bathroom. He did a fine soldering job (much neater than the person before) and saved as much of the new tile as he could. He originally thought it may take 5 hours, but he was done in 3 hours.
Description of Work: I had two bathrooms that had a leak under the sink from where someone else had changed the faucets. Also, I had master bathroom tub/shower pipes that had to be moved up about 12 inches. He had to break the tile work and reconfigure the pipes so that the new fixtures would fit properly.

+ -1 moreDan performed all of this work in four hours. My house is about 65 years old and so were the toilets and their fittings. He made the toilet change-out seem effortless. Several times he ensured all the waste water lines were draining properly and the toilets were operating correctly prior to his departure. Very professional and very reasonable rates. Well worth it.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced three toilets (toilets supplied by customer), snaked two waste water lines and repaired a sink drain line.
