Description of Work: Dishes, put clothing on hangars, dusted vacuumed living room, swept and mopped kitchen and sitting room. Cleaned bathroom and tub. Made bed and cleaned second bathroom.

Description of Work: Two hours of cleaning purchased with special. I purchased an additional hour for $40. They arrived late and finished early. The bath I paid extra to have clean, the tub was dry and still had hair in it. Additionally the rug were not shook or moved. In the living room there was still dust on the wooden floor under the chairs and in the corners. They never changed the mop water so a "sandy" residue was left on the floors they did last.

Description of Work: They helped me clean several rooms in my house. First we removed all the items from the rooms including beds and large furniture then we swept and washed the floors. They were great except during the last hour of cleaning on the last day they were here. They asked me to get them something to drink from the kitchen and when I returned to the bedroom upstairs they were sitting on the floor going through a large bag of money (change) that I had collected from the draws and counter tops in that room. They were removing all the quarters from the approximately 4 quarts of change and putting them in there pockets. I was afraid to confront them at the time because I was by myself and there were 2 of them. I believe the Supervisor discovered the change in there pockets as she called me immediately to fill out a evaluation. I filled out one on 11/20/13 but was not forthcoming about the missing money as I did not realize how much they had taken until they were gone and I had a chance to count it. I would recommend them except do not leave any money out for them to take.

Description of Work: Two young ladies arrived promptly in the morning and we agreed on the areas to be cleaned. They went to work and did a great job. I was working from home on that day, and they went to work on the agreed-upon area. They were polite, courteous, and diligent. They cleaned two bathrooms, the living room, two bedrooms and kitchen thoroughly. The house even smelled cleaner when they left. Even though I am somewhat messy, the rooms they cleaned seemed not only clean but orderly when they were finished. I plan to use this service again in the spring for a more thorough spring cleaning. Thanks so much. The two young women who did the job were professional and friendly--it gives me hope for the younger generation.

Description of Work: I purchased two of these coupons for my property in Newport News and now find I cannot use them. And it seems this contractor is making up for the discount offered by charging extra for quite a bit of their cleaning services that I have never had to pay extra. If I am paying for x hours of cleaning - what difference does it make if they are wiping out a stove after running the oven's cleaning cycle, or wiping down the inside of an empty refrigerator, or mopping a floor? Charging an extra $30/appliance is a Bait and Switch tactic. "the fine print on the coupon states that its not to be use on move-out/in" I cannot find anywhere on the coupon where it states "not to be used for move out/in". I did find a sentence in the FINE PRINT that says something like "Good for residential properties only, not for rentals". When I bought the coupon I quickly read over the FINE PRINT. I probably saw the first part of the sentence and moved on to the next. Mine IS a residential property. Your sentence is mixing apples and oranges. If you don't want the coupon used for RENTAL move in/outs - SAY SO. BE CLEAR IN WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING. SO IT IS OKAY IF IT IS AN OWNER IS MOVING IN OR OUT?? I would like my money back. I have been misled and your ad is discriminating and not at all clear. And charging an extra $30/appliance - you have nicely built in some "after sale profiteering"! Disgusting.

Description of Work: I read all the reviews first (I almost prefer they use my vacuum so no problem there) and was very pleased with the results. I didn't realize it didn't include the dining room and had to pay $20 extra but I probably didn't read the fine print. All and all, very pleased and appreciative of the service and quality I received.

Description of Work: Had great service and great job! I called and talked with the owner, who did a deep cleaning for us within 2 days of my call. She even showed up with the crew herself and cleaned the windows!! I am going to use them again, kind of expensive but well worth the deep clean and the final results, I am very appreciative of the hard work and the shiny house.

Description of Work: I am very satisfied with the cleaning done by Limpio. They were late arriving (they called to let me know) but once they arrived they did an awesome job. I purchased a deep cleaning special and asked them to do the downstairs of my house, living room, family, room, kitchen, mud room and dining room. We have three kids, two old dogs, and one cat. When they left it looked like my husband and I were the only ones living here:) I plan to use their services again. Thank you!
