Description of Work: The house was empty and was the last thing required before showung to the tenants. The widow sills were dirty. The bath tub hadn't been touched. and counters were dusty.

Description of Work: Happy with the Level of detail. Would have liked them to have Contacted me first though, vice an email asking to me call them. I just paid, So expected them to initiate instead of sitting back with my money and Waiting for me to call. This was my first big deal, So was unfamiliar with the process.

Description of Work: They arrived an hour early but other than that, everything went well. They cleaned so the bathroom sparkled and listened to what was needed and proceeded in those areas. Would definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: They were amazing. In the time they had they did all of my bathrooms (2.5 Baths), Large master bedroom, kitchen, den, foyer, hall and stairs. The house was fresh and clean when they were done. I will be setting up regular monthly cleanings with them in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned and dusted all surfaces. Cleaned baseboards. Vacuumed and mopped floors. Totally cleaned bathrooms. Would have cleaned windows and sills but they are being replaced shortly. Emptied all trash and replaced bags. Cleaned outside of kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Cleaned inside oven and inside the refrigerator. The ceiling fans were cleaned as well as fingerprints on walls. The team was very personable and efficient. There was an accident and some glass was broken. It was replaced and Limpio reimbursed me quickly. Sometimes how a mistake is handled speaks more than what is done right. It happened (truly just an accident), there was no question that it would be made right, l took it to my choice of repair shop and was reimbursed promptly. Very professional all the way around. |.

Description of Work: Limpio cleaning(Brenda) did a great job of emptying, cleaning and organizing my very messy and overloaded 2-car garage. It was something that I dreaded getting done because it was a huge undertaking to do. However, Brenda was reassuring and committed to getting the job done and getting the job done right! They worked hard and diligently even though the job took a lot longer than I initially had scheduled. They were willing to do whatever needed to be done in order to get the job done right. They cleaned out corners and shelves that had probably not been cleaned the entire 20 years that I lived here! I would definitely recommend them to help you tackle the hard job of cleaning out your garage. They were great.

Description of Work: They did a pretty good job of cleaning up livingroom, den, kitchen 2 bedrms and 2 bathrooms. One of the ceiling fans was not cleaned but everything else I asked them to do was done.

Description of Work: I started to write in great detail why I was dissatisfied but there are just too many areas to cover. Suffice to say that even after two visits to my home the second to finish what they failed to complete the first day which in my opinion they still failed to complete in a satisfactory manner. Additionally there was no follow up call nor did the owner bother to call to check to see if the work contracted for was done to any level of satisfaction. Needless to say if you are relatively neat and tidy and don't own any animals they maybe sufficient for your needs as for me they failed to reach any semblance of clean in my home. I will not ask for their services again.
