Description of Work: The first cleaning quality was fine except the cleaners didn't speak hardly any English. It was almost impossible to communicate. The second cleaning, they arrived a day early and I told them that my calendar showed they were to clean the next day. They left and I haven't heard from them again. No one from the office called, no one came on the scheduled day..nothing.

Description of Work: The provider immediately sent another cleaning team out the following day to corrected cleaning issues the initial cleaning team overlooked.

Description of Work: Clean garage and organize- only one spoke English , and didn't have organizational skills, I kind of ran the show and kept them moving.

Description of Work: I had two people for 4 hours each to do housecleaning. They were to be here at 2PM, because I would not get home until 1:30, which I had also told the Office when I made the appointment.They were waiting when I got home at 1:30. A neighbor said they had been sitting there for hours and almost called the police because she did not recognize them and thought it odd that they sat in their car for so long. They were to clean 2 bathrooms (5'by 8'), one bedroom (12 by 14), a living room, dining room, and kitchen (all small). The bathtub liners were not cleaned well, some cobwebs on the ceiling were removed while others were not, the floors in the house were still grimy in some places-all in all it was just a mediocre job. A day or two before the service was done, I had called the office and asked that the stove be cleaned also, for an extra $20. I gave $20 to one of the ladies for the stove and then I gave $20 more to be divided as a tip. The first lady pointed at the other lady for me to give the second $20 to, which I did.I then checked the stove and saw it was not cleaned. I said you were supposed to clean the stove and the first lady said that cost extra. I tried to tell her that is what the $20 was for, but she acted like she did not understand. there was a language barrier. One lady understood very little English and the other seemed to understand a little more, I thought. However, she was the one who said I had to pay extra to get the stove cleaned. For as little of a house that they were to clean, I expected everything to look great. I was very disappointed. I did not call Limpia to express my disappointment. I decided I would just use another company.

Description of Work: May be the most amazing and thorough house cleaning we ever had done. As I came home and looked at the rooms, I was not sure I was in the same house that I had left in the morning. They were very friendly and did an amazing job. Would recommend to anyone looking for cleaning services.

Description of Work: Limpio was outstanding the first time they came. They arrived on time, always with two or more employees, ready to work hard, and did an excellent job. | |However, once we became regular customers, punctuality and quality gradually declined. Some days they would show up hours late. The final straw was losing the one English speaker on the team. Once she was gone, there was no way for us to communicate our specific intentions to the team. | |They were always polite and at no point did I feel that we might have to worry about things going missing. They were always extremely hard working. Unfortunately, they were very inconsistent, due to language and punctuality. |I think that, if they were to learn a bit more English, they would be an excellent service. I wish them the very best.

Description of Work: Cleaned my garage. Garage was dirty, they did ok. Was disappointed they did not move garage refrigerated to clean under and behind. Said it was too heavy. I can move it by myself.

Description of Work: The scheduled time was for 8:00a.m. But I received a text the evening before the scheduled day to say they would be there between 10:30-11:30. This cleaning was for a garage. The two ladies that they sent came with no buckets or push brooms! Also, they did not speak English! It took three times before things were done to some satisfaction. Then without final confirmation they just left!

Description of Work: As always, the ladies did a thorough job cleaning my house from front to back. I have them come in to clean every few months to do deep cleaning that I don't take time to do and the house is shining when they leave... (and I have a many pets!). Will I call them again? Absolutely!

Description of Work: The two ladies arrived early and spent a solid four hours performing a thorough cleaning of my father- in-law's house. They did a wonderful job and were very helpful.

Description of Work: The house cleaning service is pretty good. They arrive on schedule and on the correct day of the month every month. They spend about 4 hours cleaning the house. They don't usually have much equipment and generally rely on whatever we have available. Floors, bathrooms, kitchen floors and fixtures are well done. Sometimes the dusting is not thorough. Communication with the cleaners on site is sometimes difficult because of language differences.
